Scorpions Kick It Up a Notch

After a fierce round of competitive matches, the YCIS Beijing U14 Boy's Football Team placed 3rd in their recent Division 2 tournament. A selection of six teams from Beijing and Tianjin competed at Beijing City International School (BCIS) in a 3 match round-robin tournament. While all matches were close-fought affairs, the highlight was surely the 1-0 victory over BCIS during the second match. YCIS Beijing's goalkeeper Ivan Yang was selected as the MVP of the tournament for his lockdown play throughout the three matches. Congratulations to our stinging Scorpions on their hard-fought victory and good luck in your future games!
