邂逅都市艺术社区，探索JIN时代剧场生活｜天津中梁公馆

滨海新区，是天津市的市辖区、国家级新区和国家综合配套改革试验区，国务院批准的第一个国家综合改革创新区。中国北方对外开放的门户、高水平的现代制造业和研发转化基地、北方国际航运中心和国际物流中心、宜居生态型新城区，被誉为“中国经济的第三增长极”。今天的滨海新区已是一派蓄势待发的新区模样。

Binhai New Area is amunicipal district of Tianjin, a state-level new area and a national comprehensive supporting reform pilot area, and the first national comprehensive reform and innovation area approved by The State Council. Known as the third growth pole of China's economy, northern China is a gateway to the outside world, a high-level modern manufacturing and R&D transformation base, an international shipping center and a logistics center, and a livable ecological new urban area. Today, Binhai New Area is ready for development.

滨海新区有着充足的教育、医疗及商贸等成熟城市资源。借由海浪的缠绵、交错、融合，以及对大海的吸引，由此勾勒出浪花层叠的肌理和天津都市古典与现代艺术交融的文化气质。我们探索城市与自然舞台剧场的融合，寻回人与自然，与场所，及人与人之间亲密交往的本真生活。我们通过展厅，引入中梁云璟系产品，激活城市，打造优雅夺目的成长社区典范。

Binhai New Area has sufficient mature urban resources such as education, medical care and trade. By the lingering, interlacing and fusion of the waves, as well as the attraction to the sea, the overlapping texture of the waves and the cultural temperament of tianjin's blending of classical and modern art are outlined. We explore the integration of the city and the natural stage and theater, and find the authentic life of man and nature, place and intimate interaction between people. Through the exhibition hall, we introduce Zhongliang Yunjing products to activate the city and create a model of elegant and dazzling growth community.

中梁公馆与现代时尚风格相结合，邂逅都市艺术社区，探索JIN时代剧场生活。通过“当代美学、时尚活力社交、尊崇礼遇”等多维度体验，全面导入酒店式的高端生活方式，打造业主归家尊享体验。

ZhongliangMansion combines with modern fashion style to encounter urban art community andexplore theater life in JIN era. Through the multi-dimensional experience of"contemporary aesthetics, fashion, vitality and social interaction,respect and courtesy", the hotel is fully introduced into the high-endlifestyle of the hotel, and the owner is created to enjoy the experience ofreturning home.

项目界面在忙碌的外部城市街道与沉静的内部艺术展厅之间进行多重过渡和化解。片状的精神堡垒，向上分裂，向下相连，屹立转角，演绎旧时光里大刀阔斧的改革故事，也链接崭新的现在与无限的未来。

The main entrance interface of the project makes multiple transitions and solutions between the busy external urban streets and the quiet internal art exhibition hall. The flaky spiritual fortress is divided upward and connected downward, standing at the corner, interpreting the bold reform stories in the old times, and linking the new present and the infinite future.

浪起潮涌临街界面  Exclusive hotelentrance interface

社区的人行迎宾入口，是归家的第一道风景线，是开启品质生活的第一步，尊贵的归家礼遇让人在踏入中梁公馆的那一刻就开启愉悦的心情。考虑到项目整体设计的美感、平衡感和引导性，我们在展示界面打造了引导性较强的特色主题挡墙，与场地的景观设计，交通流线环环相扣，吸引着宾客通过展示区进入大区。简单的装置，大片波浪格栅墙面的光影，营造出如艺术空间般的沉浸式体验。

The pedestrian welcoming entrance of the community is the first scene of homecoming and the first step to open the quality of life. The honorable homecoming courtesy makes people feel happy the moment they step into Zhongliang Mansion. Considering the aesthetic feeling, sense of balance and guidance of the overall design of the project, we created a characteristic theme retaining wall with strong guidance in the display interface, which is closely linked with the landscape design and traffic flow line of the site, attracting guests to enter the large area through the exhibition area. The simple installation and the light and shadow of the large wave grating wall create an immersive experience like an art space.

尊享酒店式归家体验  Enjoy the hotel style homecoming experience 

入口区域以隐奢为主基调，作为项目的第一形象面，也作为与城市接驳的第一立面，兼具着城市与自然、喧嚣与静谧的空间转换功能。以白色为基底搭配金色的线条，大气中不失精致，吸引来访者的视线焦点，打造仪式入口的形象感和尊贵感。园门开敞，光芒在海浪般缠绵、交错、融合的格栅上碎成了一片灿烂；光斑飘零，像森林中的萤火，又像午后疏影扰动的斑驳，它们若即若离地飞舞；潺潺水景，从外向内涌入，被完美激活，更多的事件则随之开启。 

The gate of the garden was open, and the light was broken into brilliance on thegrid; The light spots float away, like fireflies in the forest and mottled shadows disturbed in the afternoon. They fly as if they were indiscreet. The lingering, interleaving and fusion of the waves are perfectly activated, and more events are opened.

步入门廊，入口对景墙通过对海浪元素的提取，格栅立面单体采用海浪交融抽象的样式交错拼接组成标准段，再将标准段排列组合形成整片景墙。

After entering the porch, the entrance facing wall is extracted by wave elements, and the grid facade monomer is staggered and spliced in the abstract style of wave blending to form a standard section, and then the standard sections are arranged and combined to form a whole scene wall.

海之使者温柔静立，对称式景墙彰显礼遇气质。静静等待着住户归家。

The emissary of the sea is gentle andstatic, and the symmetrical landscape wall highlights the courteous temperament. Waiting quietly for the occupants to come home.

静水流深沉浸式水庭界面  Still water depth interface 

水幕墙自入口向内，平静的逸水庭空间如画卷般徐徐展开，门厅形成了画框般的窗口将景致收纳其中，渗透的手法加强了空间的景深感。水声潺潺，仿佛一幅动态画框，引人入胜。

The still water flows deep inward from the entrance, and the quiet Yiting space is slowly unfolding like a picture scroll. A picture frame window is formed in the lobby to receive the scenery, and the penetration technique strengthens the deep feeling of the space. The sound of water gurgling, like a dynamic pictureframe, is fascinating.

上善若水。水，流必向下，不逆成形，或方或长，必循理。

The best is like water. Water, the flow must go down, not against the line, or squareor long, must follow the principle.

温馨的归家大堂 Home Lobby

有温度的社区生活，让归家更有仪式感。每次归家,都是一场尊崇备至的荣耀之旅。

A warm community life makes returning homemore ritualistic. Every time I come home, it’s a glorified ride.

波光粼粼的后场界面 Sparkling backcourt interface

海浪景墙与舞动舞者相呼应，趣味盎然。“偶看桕树梢头白，疑是江梅小着花”，闲情偶寄，秋赤冬白。天趣偶得典藏。

Wave view wall and dancing dancers echo, interesting. "Everyday i use the low color of the tree, so i suspect that the jiang Mei has a small amount of flowers." Sometimes the pleasures of nature are preserved.

设计师将雕塑放置于水景之上的探台，彰显出水上舞动的舞者，他不仅仅是精致的、更是复杂的、多元的。秩序井然的空间既独具特质，又相互衬托。

The designer placed the sculpture on the exploration platform above the water scape to highlight the dancer dancing on the water. He is not only exquisite, but also complex and diverse, orderly space, which is not only unique, but also set off each other.

池底光晕层层晕开，形成一圈圈水纹，光晕延展于远处，形成精致的水、光、景观与茶条槭遥呼相望，一软一硬，一虚一实，相映成趣。

穿过展示区步入小区内部，是中梁公馆精心打造的现代生态花园。园林景观以“自然之美、和谐之乐”为设计理念，营造三轴双环一庭多趣园。三条中轴景观的对称仪式感，为归家塑造了更为丰富的精神层次；双环跑道打造全龄运动型社区；多趣园立体园林，甄选多种名贵花木，通过立体地形的营造，产生多层次、多变化的立体景观群。行走在中梁公馆社区中，让回家亦是一场穿越花园的旅行，仪式感油然而生。

After walking through the exhibition area, you will find a modern ecological garden carefully built by Zhongliang Residence. With the design concept of "natural beauty and harmonious joy", the garden creates a multi-interest garden with three axes, two ringsand one court. The symmetrical ritual sense of the three central axis landscape shapes a richer spiritual level for the homecoming; Double ring runway to create a full-age sports community; Duoquyuan three-dimensional garden selects a variety of rare flowers and trees, and creates a multi-level andmulti-changing three-dimensional landscape group through the construction of three-dimensional terrain. Walking in the zhongliang Residence community makes going home a journey through the garden, and a sense of ritual arises.

漫步于小区中，享受海风带来的静谧与清新，或是带着孩子在儿童乐园中释放玩乐天性，亦或是在楼下来一场酣畅淋漓的户外快跑。若不想运动，就到中央会客厅观看一场温馨剧目，丰富您的精神世界。

Stroll in the community to enjoy the tranquility and freshness brought by the sea breeze, or take the children to release their playful nature in the children's paradise, or go for a brisk run outdoors. If you don't want to exercise, go to the central drawing room to watch a warm play, enrich your spiritual world.

梁小狮带您进入“小空间，多趣味”的儿童欢乐场，与孩子在一起的欢乐时光，促进孩子与家长间的互动交流。
