2021年11月7日，首届中非未来领袖对话以线上线下相结合方式成功举办。本次会议由中国人民对外友好协会主办，中国非洲人民友好协会和金华市人民政府共同承办。

会上，中非12名青年学者、企业家、医务工作者、公益人代表聚焦“奋进合作新时代 中非青年新担当”主题，围绕“中国发展的世界意义”“助力中非合作共赢、共同发展”“共筑中非命运共同体”三大议题畅所欲言，共话青年在新时代中非深化友谊、合作发展中的使命与担当，共同展望中非合作美好未来，达成广泛共识，并一致同意将中非青年领袖对话机制化，每年在中非轮流举办，并一致通过了《首届中非未来领袖对话共同宣言》。我们，中华人民共和国和48个非洲国家的青年代表，于2021年11月7日通过线上线下相结合的方式举行“首届中非未来领袖对话”，围绕“奋进合作新时代 中非青年新担当”主题，就传承和弘扬中非传统友谊，推动中非合作共赢、共同发展，共筑中非更紧密的命运共同体等议题达成广泛共识，并一致同意发表《首届中非未来领袖对话共同宣言》。1. 我们热烈祝贺中国共产党成立100周年，高度赞赏中国共产党团结带领中国人民在各个时期和各领域取得的伟大成就，高度评价中国为人类创造了经济持续快速发展和社会长期稳定两大奇迹，科学、有效控制住新冠肺炎疫情蔓延，如期全面建成小康社会，消灭了绝对贫困，为非洲等发展中国家树立了榜样。相信中国共产党将带领中国人民在实现社会主义现代化强国新的征程上取得新成就，为维护世界和平、促进全球发展做出新贡献。
2. 非方高度赞赏中国共产党治国理政理念，认为中国的成功并非偶然，其根本在于始终坚持中国共产党领导和社会主义制度；始终代表最广大人民的根本利益，坚持以人民为中心，一切为了人民、一切依靠人民，让人民当家做主；始终坚持走和平发展道路，坚持以经济建设为中心，坚持改革开放。我们认为，中国的成功发展与实践为包括非洲在内的广大发展中国家探索实现自主可持续发展路径树立了信心，提供了借鉴。
3. 中方高度赞赏非洲国家积极探索符合各自国情的发展道路和发展模式，制定并实施了《非盟2063议程》，并取得了显著进展。我们一致认为，21世纪是亚洲的世纪，也是非洲的世纪，非洲已经并正在崛起，成为近年来世界经济增长最快的地区之一，整体国际地位和影响力显著提升，在国际事务中发挥着越来越重要的作用。
4. 我们一致认为，中非是休戚与共的命运共同体和利益共同体，是维护世界和平、促进共同发展的重要力量，是推动构建新型国际关系和人类命运共同体的先锋队。奋进新时代，中非应加强团结协作，坚定维护中非共同利益和发展中国家整体利益，协力解决人类社会面临的治理赤字和发展赤字。
5. 我们认为，当前世纪疫情和百年变局叠加共震，强权政治、冷战思维沉渣泛起，单边主义、保护主义逆流横行，世界乱象纷呈，但大势很清晰，合作共赢、共同发展才是人间正道和各国唯一的正确选择。各国人民对和平发展的期盼更加殷切，对公平正义的渴望更加强烈，对合作共赢的追求更加坚定。
6. 我们坚信，中非青年是中非关系的希望所在，拥有相同的梦想、共同的任务、一致的追求，将在传承中非传统友谊、促进中非友好交流与互利合作方面肩负更多责任、发挥更大作用，成为中非团结合作、深化友谊、共谋发展的生力军。
7. 我们愿坚持和践行和平、发展、公平、正义、民主、自由的全人类共同价值，当好全球治理体系和国际秩序的维护者，并共同呼吁中非青年坚定维护和平发展，坚决捍卫公平正义，坚定追求民主自由。
8. 我们愿秉持人类命运共同体理念，当好中非友谊的传承者，并共同呼吁中非青年积极投身中非友好事业，将个人前途与国家振兴、中非友好结合起来，传好中非友谊的接力棒。
9. 我们愿积极响应“一带一路”倡议和全球发展倡议，当好中非合作发展的践行者，并共同呼吁中非青年携手努力，致力于推动中国第二个百年奋斗目标同非洲联盟《2063年议程》以及非洲国家发展战略紧密对接，支持非洲实现工业化化、城镇化和现代化。
10. 我们愿推动文明交流互鉴，当好中非民心相通的促进者，并共同呼吁中非青年加强交流互访，全面、客观、立体地了解真实的中国和非洲，在互学互鉴中增进了解、友谊与互信，用青年声音讲好中非友好的故事、中非合作共赢、共同发展的故事和中非共建人类命运共同体的故事。
我们一致赞赏和感谢中国人民对外友好协会成功举办了“首届中非未来领袖对话”，为中非青年平等对话、结伴同行、交流思想、对接行动、共创未来搭建了新平台。我们热切期待并支持将“中非未来领袖对话”活动机制化，并每年在中非轮流举办。
We, the youth representatives of the People’s Republic of China and 48 African countries, hold the 1st China-Africa Future Leaders’ Dialogue on November 7, 2021 online and offline. Under the theme of “New Responsibilities of the Chinese and African Youth in the New Era of Cooperation”, we reach a broad consensus on the topics of inheriting and carrying forward the traditional friendship, promoting win-win cooperation and common development, and building an even stronger community with a shared future between China and Africa. We agree to adopt the Joint Declaration of the 1st China-Africa Future Leaders’ Dialogue.1. We warmly congratulate the Communist Party of China (CPC) on its 100th anniversary and highly admire the tremendous achievements made by the Chinese people in various periods and fields in great unity under the CPC’s leadership. China has created two miracles for mankind, which are sustained rapid economic development and long-term social stability, and has scientifically and effectively contained the spread of the Covid-19, completed the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects within the set time frame, and eradicated absolute poverty, setting an example for Africa and other developing countries. We believe that the CPC will lead the Chinese people to make new achievements on the new journey of building a powerful modern socialist country and make new contributions to safeguarding world peace and promoting global development.2. The African side highly appreciates the CPC’s governance approach and believes that China’s success is no coincidence, its root cause is consistent adherence to the leadership of the CPC and the socialist system, always representing the fundamental interests of the broadest majority of the Chinese people, adopting the people-centered philosophy of development, doing everything for the people, relying on the people, and allowing the people to be the true masters of the country. China has always persisted in the path of peaceful development, focused on economic development, and remained committed to reform and opening up. We believe that China’s successful development and practice have boosted confidence and provided experiences for Africa and other developing countries to explore the path of achieving independent sustainable development.3. China highly appreciates that African countries have actively explored development paths and development models that are in line with their respective national conditions, formulated and implemented Agenda 2063 of the African Union (AU), and made remarkable progress. We agree that the 21st century is a century for both Asia and Africa. Africa has emerged and is emerging as one of the fastest-growing regions in the world in recent years, and its overall international status and influence have increased significantly, and has been playing an increasingly important role in international affairs.4. We agree that China and Africa are a community of shared future with common interests, important forces in safeguarding world peace and enhancing common development, as well as pioneers in promoting the building of a new type of international relations and a community with a shared future for mankind. In the new era, China and Africa should strengthen solidarity and cooperation, firmly safeguard the common interests of both sides and the overall interests of developing countries, and make concerted efforts to solve the deficits of governance and development the human society is confronting.5. We believe we are now facing the combined challenges of turbulent international situation changes and a pandemic both unseen in a century. Driven by resurgent power politics and Cold War mentality, practices of unilateralism and protectionism are on the rise. The world is in chaos, but the general trend is clear. Win-win cooperation for common development is the right way in the world and the only correct choice for all countries. The people of all countries have become more anxious for peaceful development, more eager for fairness and justice, and more determined in the pursuit of win-win cooperation.6. We firmly believe that Chinese and African youth, with the common dream, mission and pursuit, are the hope of China-Africa relations. We will shoulder more responsibilities and play a greater role in inheriting the traditional friendship between China and Africa, promoting China-Africa friendly exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation, and turning ourselves into the driving force of China-Africa solidarity and cooperation, deepening friendship and seeking common development.7. We are ready to adhere to and practice the common values of humanity of peace, development, equity, justice, democracy and freedom, serve as good defenders of the global governance system and international order, and jointly call on the youth of China and Africa to firmly uphold peace and development, resolutely defend equity and justice, and firmly pursue democracy and freedom.8. We are ready to uphold the spirit of community with a shared future for mankind, carry on China-Africa friendship, and jointly call on Chinese and African youth to devote to the cause of China-Africa friendship, integrate future and destiny of our own with national revitalization and China-Africa friendship, and pass on the baton of China-Africa friendship.9. We are ready to respond to the Belt and Road Initiative and Global Development Initiatives, pursue China-Africa cooperative development. We jointly call on Chinese and African youth to work together, for a strong synergy between China’s second centenary goal and the AU Agenda 2063 as well as the development strategies of African countries, and for Africa’s industrialization, urbanization and modernization.10. We are ready to intensify exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations, to facilitate people-to-people connectivity between China and Africa. We jointly call on Chinese and African youth to strengthen communication and mutual visits, to understand real China and Africa in a comprehensive, objective and three-dimensional way, to enhance understanding, friendship and mutual trust through mutual learning. We should, in the capacity of youth, tell the story of China-Africa friendship, the story of China-Africa win-win cooperation for common development, and the story of China and Africa building a community of a shared future for mankind.We appreciate and acclaim the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries for successfully organizing the 1st China-Africa Future Leaders’ Dialogue, which has built a new platform for the Chinese and African youth to conduct dialogue on an equal footing, march forward in company, exchange ideas, coordinate actions and create a shared future. We earnestly anticipate and support the institutionalization of the “China-Africa Future Leaders Dialogue”, which will be held annually in China and Africa on a rotating basis.

About us
Established in 2007, the Institute of African Studies at Zhejiang Normal University, is the first comprehensive and substantive African Research Institute based in China’s universities. In the decade since its founding, the Institute has remained focused on both producing influential academic output, as well as cultivating scholars in African Studies from both China and Africa, gaining reputation as a highly influential academic institution both at home and abroad. At the onset of its second decade, the Institute of African Studies intends to move towards a more regionalized, nationalized, distinctive and internationally oriented direction in its research. At the same time, the institute will continue to encourage young and upcoming scholars to conduct research, and provide them with the necessary support.

L’IASZNU a été fondée en Septembre 2007 sous les auspices du Ministère de l’Éducation (MOE) et le Ministère des Affaires Étrangères (MFA). Parmi les Universités chinoises, c’est le premier Institut complet créé spécialement pour les études africaines. Après plus de 10 années de développement, l’IASZNU est devenue un Institut d’études et un Think Tanks très influent sur les affaires africaines en Chine qui possède un « Savant du Chang Jiang » des études africaines. Il est le Think Tanks chinois sur le « Plan Think Tanks du Partenariat Chine-Afrique 10 + 10 » et un des établissements guides sur le « Plan de Recherche Conjointe et d’Echange Chine-Afrique » du Ministère des Affaires Étrangères. Il est sélectionné par le Ministère de l’Éducation pour « La Coopération Universitaire Chine-Afrique 20+20 », en tant que base principale pour des études du continent et des études spécifiques de pays. Il est également sélectionné par la Province du Zhejiang comme le Centre d’Innovation Collaborative 2011, la base de recherche de la Philosophie et des Sciences Sociales dans la province de Zhejiang. L’IASZNU a été classé parmi les meilleurs Think Tanks (affiliés à une Université) au monde pendant deux années consécutives, en 2016 et en 2017, par le Global Think Tanks Index publié annuellement par la Pennsylvanie Université. En 2018, l’Institut a été classé comme l’un des meilleurs Think Tanks affilié à une université en Chine avec le classement A + du système de classement chinois (CTTI).
