语保志愿者工作站简介

中国语言资源保护研究中心语保志愿者工作站由中国语言资源保护研究中心和广东外语外贸大学共建，服务于“中国语言资源保护工程”建设，面向全国高校和其他社会各界开展各种志愿者活动和比赛，旨在唤起社会大众的方言文化自信，发动社会大众用不同手段记录、保存、展示当前方言文化实态，从而达到语言资源保护和文化多样性可持续发展的目的。

A Brief Introduction to the Language Protection Volunteer Workstation of the Center for the Protection and Research of Language Resources of China

The Language Protection Volunteer Workstation of the Center for the Protection and Research of Language Resources of China was established by the Center for the Protection and Research of Language Resources of China in conjunction with Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. The main role of the workstation is to serve the construction (development) of “the Project of the Protection and Research of Language Resources of China”. The workstation organizes activities and competitions for colleges and universities nationwide and other various circles of society. It aims to foster the dialect cultural confidence of the public by mobilizing people to adopt various means to record, preserve and present the current situation of dialect culture, thus achieving the protection of language resources and the sustainable development of cultural diversity.

语保志愿者工作站logo简介

中国语言资源保护研究中心语保志愿者工作站的logo秉承着“方言保护”这一观念设计，绿叶象征着方言资源，藏于树叶脉络中的字母“FY”是“方言”的拼音缩写。这寓意方言资源同其他资源一样宝贵，也一样需要保护和传承。树叶下方的双手，呵护着这些绿叶，寓意来自于各行各业的语保志愿者愿意用自己的行动来保护方言文化。

A Brief Introduction to the logo of the Language Protection Volunteer Workstation of the Center for the Protection and Research of Language Resources of China

The design of the logo is based on the notion of “dialect protection”. The green leaves symbolize dialect resources; while the letters “FY” hiding in the veins of the leaves, are the initials for “Fang Yan”, the Chinese Pinyin meaning dialect. This indicates that dialect resources are as precious as other resources and need protection for a lasting legacy. The hands beneath the leaves are for protection, symbolizing how language protection volunteers from various circles of society are willing to protect dialect culture with their own actions.
