结直肠癌药物市场

结直肠癌（colorectal cancer, CRC）是世界范围内癌症死亡的第二大原因，也是继肺癌和乳腺癌之后第三大最常见的恶性肿瘤。结直肠癌的主要危险因素包括年龄、肥胖、吸烟、饮酒和结直肠癌家族史（包含遗传性非息肉病结直肠癌）。近些年，靶向治疗联合细胞毒性化疗药物已经成为转移性结直肠癌（metastatic CRC, mCRC）的系统治疗方法。然而，还没有任何靶向治疗被批准用于早期、高风险、可切除的结直肠癌。
