How are foreigners cheated in the name of Job?
China’s booming economy is impressive and rapid development has created many exciting job opportunities for foreigners. Stricter visa policy hinders the foreigners’ ability to work in China legally.

Invite Foreigners to China on Tourist Visa to work
Many companies and agencies are willing to hire Foreigners first invite them to China and then allow them to work for some time and then start the work permit process. Foreigners must know that it is illegal to work for any company in China without Work Visa. If a foreigner caught by Police, he/she may be banned from entering China.
Hired by an Agency instead of a Real Company
Many foreigners are given Z visa from an agency and work for a different
company. As per the work visa policy, a foreigner must work for the company who issued the work visa. There have been many cases where agencies have asked for money to give release letter if you resign from the company due to any reason. Release letter is a mandatory document to apply for a new work visa in China.
Working in company on a Business visa
Companies and Agencies invite foreigners to work in China for short-term and pay salary to them. As per the Business Visa policy, foreigners can work in China but not allowed to receive salary however they can receive food and travel allowance. It is very difficult to convert Business visa to Z visa as it takes alonger time to get Work Permit and Work Visa.
