Hongbin Bao
Mr. Bao is head of M&A in Nguyen and Chen, LLP, with extensive experience in representing China/U.S. based multinational companies in connection with their China-related transactions, compliance, corporate governance, and dispute resolution, in the areas of oil and gas, mining, aviation, technology, real estate, education, and manufacturing.

Tony Wu
Mr. Wu is a partner with MGO’s Tax Services located in Orange County, California. Most recently, Tony served as an international tax director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Tony has extensive experience in the international tax arena, with an emphasis working with inbound clients, including listed companied and private enterprises and high net worth individuals. His practice include cross-border mergers and acquisitions, post transaction integration and legal entity rationalization, intangible, property migration and planning, tax efficient supply chain management, foreign tax credit optimization, offshore cash repatriation planning, inbound holding and financing structures, withholding tax issues, pre immigration planning, and treaty research. Tony also has extensive experience with U.S. federal and state tax compliance / tax return matters.
