8月4日，暂停广东省以外的“回港易”计划；

8月5日，调整中国内地地区、澳门及台湾抵港人士的检疫安排;
On August 5, the quarantine arrangements for people arriving in Hong Kong from mainland of China, Macao and Taiwan were adjusted.
8月9日，香港放宽海外已接种疫苗的到港人士入境资格；
On August 9, Hong Kong relaxed the eligibility of overseas vaccinated people to enter Hong Kong.
8月10日，香港特区政府再次延长《预防及控制疾病条例》，使多项规则的有效期延长到了2022年3月31日.
On August 10, Hong Kong SAR government extended the <Disease Prevention and Control Ordinance> again, extending the validity of many rules until March 31, 2022.
8月20日，香港又收紧了海外16个地区抵港人士检疫要求。

海外地区（中国内地，澳门和台湾以外）入境香港
Overseas regions (except mainland of China, Macao and Taiwan) entering Hong Kong
香港对海外地区疫情风险的划分为三个类别，A类，B类和C类（以下名单截止于2021年8月20日）。
Hong Kong divides overseas regions into three categories: Category A, B and C (the following list ends on August 20, 2021).
A组高风险地区
Category A high-risk areas
孟加拉、巴西、柬埔寨、法国、希腊、印度、印度尼西亚、伊朗、爱尔兰、马来西亚、尼泊尔、荷兰、巴基斯坦、菲律宾、俄罗斯、南非、西班牙、斯里兰卡、瑞士、坦桑尼亚、泰国、土耳其、阿拉伯联合酋长国、美国及英国。
Bangladesh, Brazil, Cambodia, France, Greece, India, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Malaysia, Nepal, Netherlands, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States and United Kingdom.
适用人群及隔离要求：

只有已完成新冠疫苗接种的香港本地居民：指定检疫酒店强制隔离21天+自行监察7天。
Only Hong Kong residents who have completed the COVID-19 vaccination are allowed: 21days of compulsory quarantine at designated hotels + 7 days of self-monitoring.
B组中风险地区：
Category B medium-risk areas
中国以外所有不属于A组和C组的国家及地区
All countries and regions except China that do not belong to category A and C
适用人群及隔离要求：

未完成新冠疫苗接种的香港居民（抵港前21天内未到过A组高风险地区的）：指定检疫酒店强制隔离21天。
Hong Kong residents who have not completed the COVID-19 vaccination (those who have not been to Category A high-risk areas within 21 days before arrival in Hong Kong): 21 days of compulsory quarantine at designated hotels.
已完成新冠疫苗接种的香港居民或非香港居民（抵港前21天内未到过A组高风险地区的）：指定检疫酒店强制隔离14天+自行监察7天。

适用人群及隔离要求：
Applicable people and quarantine requirements
在广东省境内停留14天（该14天不包含在广东集中隔离的14天）以上的香港居民,通过陆路入境。提前预约，免去隔离。
Hong Kong residents who stay in Guangdong Province for more than 14 days (Not include in the 14 days of centralized quarantine in Guangdong) entering Hong Kong by land. They can make an appointment in advance to avoid quarantine.
非使用“回港易”计划的香港居民或非香港居民（包括经陆路口岸或者经机场抵港人士）,抵港前14天内需逗留于中国。
People who do not apply the "Easy Return to Hong Kong" program need to stay in China within 14 days before arrival Hong Kong.
适用人群及隔离要求：
Applicable people and quarantine requirements
未完成疫苗接种的：家居强制隔离14天。若抵港14天内曾逗留台湾地区的：指定检疫酒店强制隔离21天。
People who have not completed the COVID-19 vaccination:14 days of compulsory quarantine at home. If you have stayed in Taiwan within 14 days of arrival in Hong Kong: 21 days of compulsory quarantine at designated hotels.
已完成新冠疫苗接种的:家居强制隔离7天+自行监察7天。若抵港14天内曾逗留台湾地区的：指定检疫酒店强制隔离14天+自行监察7天；
People who have completed the COVID-19 vaccination:7 days of compulsory quarantine at home+7 days of self-monitoring. If you have stayed in Taiwan within 14 days of arrival in Hong Kong: 14 days of compulsory quarantine at designated hotels+7 days of self-monitoring.
入境的注意事项
Precautions for entry
1.所有入境人士抵港前必须提交健康申报表，递交网址：http://www.chp.gov.hk.hdf/;在完成网上递交后，系统会自动发放一个二维码来下载申报结果。需要截图保存，在过关时向相关人员出示申报结果；
All immigrants must submit a health declaration form before arriving in Hong Kong. The submission website is: http://www.chp.gov.hk.hdf/.
2.所有人都需要在登机前准备72小时内的核酸阴性报告;
All immigrants need to prepare a nucleic acid negative report within 72 hours before boarding;
3.所有人抵港后在检疫期间都必须按照要求接受多次核酸检测。
All immigrants must accept multiple nucleic acid tests during quarantine after arriving at Hong Kong.
4.香港目前认可的新冠病毒疫苗：
Covid-19 vaccine approved by Hong Kong：
国药、科兴、康泰生物、智飞龙科马、科维福、强生、阿斯利康、莫德纳、康希諾生物、卫星V、BioNTech和印度血清研究所的疫苗。
Sinopharm, Sinovic, Kangtai Biological, Zhifei Longcom Biopharmaceutical, Kovieff, Janssen, AstraZeneca, Moderna, CanSinoBIO, Sputnik V, BioNTech and Serum Institute of India.
最后，赞居也很遗憾的告诉大家：内地居民如果没有特殊的赴港文件，那么就无法前往香港，普通的商务旅游签注只能停留7天，因此无法满足香港的入境隔离条件。
Finally, we also regrets to tell you that it's hard to go to Hongkong without the special documents. Ordinary business travel endorsements can only stay for 7 days, so they cannot meet Hong Kong's immigration quarantine requirements.
