Our Exciting Science Week

Spark our students curiosity

Why does the water still come out of the bottle when the stone has stopped it?

I know, because there are gaps between the stones.

The first layer is stone, the second layer is sand, why can't it be reversed?

Filter from the largest to the smallest!

The work "Water filter" by Grade 6 students attracted the attention of a group of Grade 1 and Grade 2 children, and their chattering discussion began. In their eyes, the sixth-grade brothers and sisters who made this device are so awesome, and they have expectations that one day they can be as awesome as their brothers and sisters.

Share ideas with 67000 students around the world

Students work showcase: Unity of heart and hand, active exploration

On campus, students in Grades 1-8 displayed their work in science classes. Children explored their knowledge in the classroom, after thinking and exploring, they used their own hands to put the knowledge of the textbook into practice.

In the process of completing a scientific task, scientific knowledge is no longer an abstract idea, but close at hand, closely related to their daily life.

Small action big impact: Light up the future in the dark

Earth Hour is a global energy saving event initiated by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). It calls for households and businesses to switch off unnecessary lights and power-consuming products for one hour on the last/penultimate Saturday of March every year from 20:30 to 21:30 PM local time. It is hoped that this event will promote power management, reduce energy consumption, and arouse people's awareness of taking action against global warming.

From 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on March 26th, our teachers and children turned off the lights and took practical actions to care for the earth and cherish the resources.

In the afternoon, during the closing ceremony of Science Week, the children again experienced a minute of lights off. In the dark, children shake their glowing wristbands like stars, and the auditorium looked like the night sky. A minute after the lights were turned off, the energy-efficient light town created by Grade 4 students in their science class was lit up under "Starry Night."
