【学子风采】我校学子参加叠杯世锦赛，表现出色
Matthew Sun 是广州诺校五年级的学生。这位日常看起来腼腆害羞的小男孩刚刚作为中国竞技叠杯运动代表队的一员征战竞技叠杯运动世界锦标赛。
在持续一周的比赛中，他与来自瑞士、新西兰、新加坡、日本、印度尼西亚等世界各国的选手进行PK，取得了亲子双人10U组第八，个人10M组3-6-3项目第九和个人10M组Cycle第十的好成绩。

Matthew Sun is one of the Grade 5 students in Nord Anglia School Guangzhou Panyu. The little boy who seems shy in daily life had just competed in the World Sport Stacking Championships as a team member of China Sport Stacking.
In the week-long tournament, he played against players from all over the world, including Switzerland, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and Indonesia. He got eighth prize in Child/Parent 10U doubles, ninth prize in 10M Individual (3-6-3), tenth prize in 10M Individual (Cycle).

Q: 你是从什么时候开始学习叠杯的？
Matthew:我从三年级开学学习了，当时看到爸爸妈妈的朋友在玩，觉得很有趣，就开始学习。

Q: When did you start your journey in Sport Stacking?
Matthew:I tried to learn it when I was in Grade 3. When I saw my parents' friends playing, I felt very interesting and began to learn.
Q: 你在学校组建了叠杯俱乐部，为什么做这件事情？
Matthew:我觉得叠杯目前在中国还是一项小众的运动，跟其他运动相比，玩叠杯的人还不是非常多。我希望推广叠杯运动，让更多的人认识它，喜欢它。

Q: When did you start your journey in Sport Stacking?
Matthew:I think there are just a small group of people who play Sport Stacking. I want to promote the sport and let more and more people know it and love it.
Q: 通过叠杯俱乐部你自己得到了什么提升？
Matthew:目前在叠杯俱乐部我有8名学生呢。每周有一节ECA课的时间我会教”我的学生们”玩叠杯。我教他们基本规则和技巧。在教学的过程中，我自己也得到了更多的练习。

Q: What do you benefit from Sport Stacking club?
Matthew:So far, there are 8 students in the club. I teach “my students” in the ECA class every week. I teach them the basic regulation and skill in sport stacking. In the process of teaching, I practice more.
Q: 当时是如何入选WSSA中国竞技叠杯运动代表队的？
Matthew:我参加了很多叠杯比赛，组委会是根据多次比赛的成绩来评定入选资格的。我是目前国内线上比赛9-10岁组三个项目最佳纪录的保持者。

Q: When did you start your journey in Sport Stacking?
Matthew: I have participated in a lot of cup stacking competitions, and the organizing committee will evaluate my eligibility according to the results. I am currently the holder of China Divisional Online Best Times in three programs in 9-10 years old group.
Q: 竞技叠杯吸引你的地方是哪里？
Matthew:通过练习叠杯，我锻炼了自己的反应能力。在这项运动中，我能够不断的自我挑战自我突破。特别是这次参加世锦赛，我看到了很多高手，又促使我想要进一步挑战更好的记录。

Q: Why is Sport Stacking so attractive for you?
Matthew:By practicing sport stacking, I developed my reflexes. In this activity, I can constantly challenge myself and break through. Especially in the world championships, I saw a lot of top players, and it made me want to further challenge for better records.
