Hello ! It's Mr.Wong here. Ever had paranoid thoughts ? Well I did. When I was in middle school, my parents had to go out of town to visit relatives for 2 days, but I couldn't go due to school. So I had to stay home by myself, which really didn't bother me because I had the house all to myself. Yeah, freedom ! I was almost late for school the next morning. I mean who doesn't stay up late as a teenager when their parents aren't home right ? So I rushed out of the house and rode the bus to school. During lunch, my friends were talking about the news they saw this morning about burglars breaking in houses, and I thought, "Oh, SHIT...did I lock the door this morning ?" After lunch, I couldn't focus at all beacause I was so paranoid that someone would break in my house. Finally, after class I took a baseball bat with me and ran home faster than the Jamaican Olympic super star Usain Bolt. People were looking at me like what the hell is wrong with this kid ? So in the end, it turns out that I did lock the door, and yeah, no one broke in my house. The moral of this story is : "Remember to lock your door when you leave the house". You don't wanna come home with a baseball bat like me. Alright, enough with the chit-chat. Today's word of the day is "paranoid". Check it out !
