Hey ! What's up peeps ! It's Mr.Wong here. How're you doing today ? Good, alright ! So I got in an argument with my landlord a couple months ago, because he decided to increase my rent. Now hear me out, I'm a reasonable person, and I don't mind if he raises the rent, but the amount he's asking for is ridiculous. It's almost half as much as I'm paying, but my rent agreement was about to end, and you can tell he wanted me out of the apartment because his relatives are planning to move in. Under these circumstances, I had no choice but to find another place, which I did. So life's good, well...for now. Ok so today's word of the day is "circumstance". Check it out !
