薪酬待遇:工资及福利待遇根据武汉大学相关规定从优考虑:提供博士后公寓住房,解决户口和子女入学等问题,并根据工作业绩额外发放津贴(年薪 20-30万元,具体薪资待遇面议);可作为负责人 申请博士后基金、国家青年基金、和湖北省相关基金;博士后出站特别优秀者可申请武汉大学固定编制教师。

1)金属有机化学:过渡金属不对称催化 ;

2)自由基化学:发展新的策略实现自由基反应的立体选择性控制 ;

3)开展具有生物活性天然产物和药物分子的高效合成研究 。
