无常就是生活

Impermanence is an

Integral Part if Life.

1.

对自己喜欢的

希望恒常不变。

We want those that

we like to stay forever.

2.

不满意的

希望尽快改变。

Those that we dislike

to end as soon as possible.

3.

但因缘和合的事物都无常。

Unfortunately,all things

that arise dependently

are impermanent.

4.

我们的生活就是

一幕幕因缘的聚散，

生老病死，

变化的相似相续。

Our lives are nothing more

than constant gathering

and dispersing of causes and

conditions,a continuum of

birth,aging, sickness, death

and other changes.

5.

人们以为是无常

带来了痛苦，其实是我们

对无常的态度，是我们的

希望和恐惧，让人持续

处于焦虑中。

While impermanence is

often perceived as the culprit

of suffering, it is actually our

own attitude to

impermanence- our hope

and fear of it - that brings us

abiding anxiety.

事实上对于无常，

我们只能接受，

因为无常就是生活。

In fact, impermanence 

is an integral part of life,

and we have no choice

but to accept it.
