到底我哪里出了问题

1.

我已修持了四十多年佛法，

以为世界好像有一点进步了，

但我发现实际上没有。

I have been practicing

Dharma for more than forty

years and was expecting

the world to be better toward

the end of my life.

2.

那我也知道

世界之所以没有变好，很多

责任也在于我自己，

到底是我哪里出了问题？

Could you explain

where I went wrong?

3.

世界和平

本来就不是一件容易的事情。

It is difficult to make the whole

world a better place.

4.

很多时候我们会因为遭遇到

一、两个糟糕的人事物，而觉得

世界很糟糕等等。

Sometimes our hopes for how

things might be are too big.

然而有时你也会发现，

在你极度失落、灰心，对于世界

不再抱任何希望的时候，

你却看到一两个非常慈悲善良的人，

这时候你可能又会觉得：

嗯，世界还是很美好，

是有希望的。

If we scale down and work with

ourselves so that we become

good people,then there would

be one more good person in

the world and one less bad one.
