Waterlily荷于 | 南通中南崇川大有境——音符跳动的购物中心

人民对于生活品质逐渐关注,不但单单只是满足日常机能,而是寻求机能的同时,提升其附加价值,让居民出门不再只是单一行动,应当是更多元多样的,寓教于乐的。

People pay more and more attention to the quality of life, not only to meet the daily functions, but also to improve its added value while seeking the functions, so that residents go out is no longer just a single action, but should be more diversified and entertaining


Howard’s plan for garden cities was a response to the need for improvement in the quality of urban life, which had become marred by overcrowding and congestion due to uncontrolled growth since the Industrial Revolution.

大有镜坐落于南通市城东板块,位于星明路与青年东路西南角,临近南通汽车东站,规划中的轨交2、3号线交汇于项目东侧的汽车东站。购物中心位于整个地块的西南侧,打造地铁上盖商业。整体而言交通相当理想,因此理念根植于社区服务,打造主题社区型集中型商业。


The shopping center is located in the southwest of the whole plot, creating a commercial subway. On the whole, the transportation is quite ideal, so the concept is rooted in community service and creates a themed community-based centralized business.

DESIGN CONCEPT

年轻 · 悦动之城

不难发现年轻族群是一股潜力非凡的群体,而南通是个相当有活力的青年城市,看准年轻人的品味把握商机,专做年轻人的品牌项目,结合时尚的调性,为年轻人们提供与众不同的独到而不俗选择。


Board a star boat under the starry sky in the metropolis, travel the Xinghai world, cross the Yunhe River, and explore the future of a better life.

设计以音乐旋律为主轴,将各个区域依照使用性质赋予不同的音乐元素,试图通过一系列完整统一的趣味主题形式,给予民众购物的同时,量身打造专属购物游玩体验策略。


The design takes the music melody as the main axis, endows each area with different music elements according to the nature of use, and tries to create an exclusive shopping and play experience strategy.

设计理念为悦动之城,悦,意为使愉快、高兴,即透过设计手法使民众满足基本需求的同时亦能获取趣味;此外,悦与音乐的乐为同音字,试图注入音乐元素,着墨于设计手法的节奏与调性,丰富艺术修养。动,则为律动,与前者呼应,也可理解为市民运动,身强体魄的同时,凝聚邻里关系。故悦动之意不仅仅是对于生活品质的升华,更是需要亲身实践,体现价值。


The design concept is a pleasant city, which means to make people happy and happy, that is, through the design method, people can meet their basic needs and obtain interest at the same time; In addition, Yue and music are homonyms, trying to inject musical elements which echoes the former.

DESIGN CONTENTS

年轻 · 悦动之城

依照使用性质将各个区域定调,整体分为D大调广场、音符广场,商业街的五线谱商业街,生态绿化带的庆典音乐带,以及屋顶层的星空旋律屋顶。


The venue is divided into D major square and D major square as the main entrance, staff commercial street of commercial street, celebration music belt of ecological green belt, and star roof of roof layer.

D大调广场

D major square

主入口的部分定调为D大调广场,通过完整统一的趣味主题形式,打造生态休闲的城市绿地空间策略,激发商业活力,营造自然生态的空间气氛,打造专属场地记忆名片,提升市政形象展示面。


Part of the main entrance is set as the square in D major. Through a complete and unified form of interesting theme, create an urban green space strategy of ecological leisure, improve the display surface of municipal image.

五线谱商业街

Staff Commercial Street

五线谱商业街营造高质量的城市公共活动区域,提供丰富多彩的生态、休闲、文化、体育、娱乐活动。


Create high-quality urban public activity areas, and provide rich and colorful ecological, leisure, cultural, sports and entertainment activities.

庆典音乐帶

Celebration Music

绿化带定调为庆典音乐帶,保留原有乔木,保留原有水池,设有缤纷彩虹桥漫步于水池上,以及亲子娱乐的活动场地,最大化的拥有自然景观的同时,也从中获得拥抱自然的乐趣。


Retain the original trees, retain the original pool, increase the rainbow bridge across the pool, increase the activity site.

鉴于现有水体兼市政排水用途,可以预见在夏季丰水季与冬季枯水季水面高度会有较大变化。于此,设计师将在考虑生态性的同时辅以经济性为标准进行考量。

Given that the existing water body is also used for municipal drainage, it can be predicted that the water surface height will change greatly in summer

旋律星空屋顶

Star Roof

屋顶花园定调为旋律星空,优雅的五线谱线条贯穿整体,多层次高差看台打造空间感受,赋予舒适的室外停留空间,给于居民丰富空间感受,宁静的聆听城市的旋律。


Roof garden creates space feeling, outdoor leisure space, enriches space feeling.
