剧情简介/Synopsis

丈夫到城裏打工，留守農村的金鳳想生個兒子，生了兩胎都是女兒。終於又懷孕了，但國家實施計劃生育，她無力再繳交超生一胎的巨額罰款。深信墮胎是下地獄的罪，她想偷偷把孩子生下來，卻被官員強制墮胎。阿彌陀佛，極樂淨土，無有眾苦，但受諸樂。金鳳無處安放受傷的靈魂，淨土到底在何方？未曾出生的兒子活現眼前，是心結還是解脫？孫振宇首部長片，於寫實裏添上一抹魔幻詩意。在民間迷信與官僚鐵腕下，是一言難盡的女性悲歌。

Conceiving a boy is a blessing and a curse to Jin Feng. Her hope to save the ancestral line is threatened by the one-child-policy, as she is unable to pay the fine. Forced to abortion, she is left in emotional turmoil, and resorts to Sukhavati-Buddhism to free herself from the ghost of her unborn son. Reminiscent of Italian neorealism imbued with magical realism, writerdirector Sun Zhenyu’s debut feature is a wistful ode to a woman’s life plagued by superstitions and bureaucracy.

导演个人简介

孙振宇

孙振宇，1991年出生。2010年考入北京电影学院管理系。2015年赴美留学，在Art Center College of Design学习电影制作。2018年，拍摄独立电影《净土》，荣获34届华沙国际电影节评审团特别关注奖，并入围42届香港国际电影节独立时代单元。

Sun Zhenyu, born in 1991, studied at Beijing Film Academy and Art Center College of Design. “Pure Land” (2018) is the first feature film he has directed.
