AKS New Programs: Rugby and Flag Football
AKS held open day for Flag football and Rugby at last Saturday. The kids are not only came to tried their best to play, but also learned more about what is Flag Football and Rugby.

Why Play Flag Football and Rugby？
Flag Football is a fun safe way to introduce American football to young athletes. Starting with flag football before introducing tacking helps young athletes learn how to control their rapidly growing bodies and develop ball skills along the way.
腰旗橄榄球是从美式橄榄球改良过来的运动，它更加的有趣并相较于美式橄榄球更加的安全。腰旗橄榄球能够帮助年轻的运动员在激烈对抗中学习如何控制他们的身体，同时提高他们的球类运动技能。
As young athletes mature and become more comfortable with aggressive play, they can apply what they have learned when transitioning to tackle football if they choose. They can gain confidence in this area of the game.
随着运动员的成长，他们能够在进攻性的比赛中游刃有余，也可以任意选择运用他们所学到的技能和战术。进而使他们在比赛中越来越自信。
Playing Flag Football and Rugby will develop 8 skills: Throwing, Catching, Hiking, Passing Plays, Running Plays, Fundamentals, Strategy, and Field Awareness.
学习腰旗橄榄球及英式橄榄球能够发展8种技能：投球、接球、徒步旅行，传球技巧、跑步技巧、基本功、战术、和场地意识。
