►项目背景
Background
作为浦江新镇的高标准教育配套项目,江柳路幼儿园由二十个日托班和一个早教及师资培训中心组成,位于大片的低密度居住社区内,基地西侧道路设置人行主入口,北侧道路设置后勤入口,东、南两侧与住宅区接壤。场地规整,南北进深较大。
As a supporting project of high standard education in Pujiang New Town, the Jiangliu Road Kindergarten, consisting of twenty-seven day care classrooms and one early childhood education & teacher training center, locates in the large area of low density communities, having a main pedestrian entrance at the west road and a logistical entrance at the north road with its east and south abutting the residential area. The site is standard, long in the south-north direction.

中福会是国内知名的幼儿教育领导者,它对幼儿园设计有自己明确的诉求:一是强调室内外空间的整合关系,创造多层次的幼儿户外活动空间;二是鼓励幼儿的自主成长,将公共空间视为幼儿自主活动的空间载体;三是重视日常运行管理中的安全性与便利性。
The China Welfare Institute is a famous leader in the early childhood education in the country. It has its own specific requirement on kindergarten design. Firstly, it emphasizes the integration of the indoor and outdoor spaces, creating multi-layer outdoor space for children. Secondly, it advocates the children’s independent growth, regarding the public space as a spatial carrier for early children’s independent activities. Finally, it attaches great importance to the safety and convenience in daily management.

General Design
本项目的设计就开始于在结合我们的幼儿园设计相关经验的基础上,对于中福会的空间关切的充分回应与引导。总体布局上建筑尽量靠北、靠东布置,留出南侧和西侧大片的户外活动场地。
The project design begins on the basis of our relevant experiences in designing kindergarten and a full response and guide to the China Welfare Institute’s concern about the space. The architecture is designed close to the north and the east, leaving a large area in the south and west as outdoor activity ground.

建筑整体呈现为基地北半部两栋平行微错布置的条形教学楼和东南角的一栋点式学前师资培训中心,它们由底层容纳了所有公共活动设施和管理办公的两个基座连成一个整体。
基座的两部分相互对应,在教学南楼的底层形成了一个多功能的架空活动场地,既作为整个幼儿园的主入口空间,又将北侧由两栋教学楼围合的内庭院与南侧的大片户外活动场地相连通。
The whole project has two parallel buildings slightly staggered at the north part of the base and a point-type building for preschool teacher training center at the south-east, all connected by a base which contains all the public activity facilities and administrative offices. Two parts of the base act in coordination with each other, forming a multi-functional activity space used both as the main entrance to the kindergarten and as the channel connecting the inner courtyard embraced by two teaching buildings with the large area of outdoor activity space in the south.

入口架空空间的东、西两侧分别对应访客与办公门厅,以及幼儿晨检与主门厅。东侧基座的北半部为办公和家长接待空间,便于园方与家长互动,通过数个小庭院解决采光通风问题;南半部布置多功能厅和室内游泳池,直接面向南侧主活动场地;南北两半之间正好是独立设置的早教和培训入口。
The east of the hanging space at the entrance leads to the hall for visitors and administration, while the west part leads to the main hall and the hall for children’s morning check. Lighted and ventilated by several small yards, the northern half part of the eastern base is used for administration and reception, making it easier for kindergarten’s interaction with parents while the southern half part has a multi-function hall and an indoor swimming pool, directly facing to the main activity space in the south. Between he northern and southern parts there is an independent entrance to early education and training.

西侧基座内主要布置各种专业活动室,并用可以用于各种幼儿自主活动的富于变化的宽大的曲折走廊练成一体。基座的屋顶在二层形成了一系列由绿篱围合限定的活动平台,并在东南角由一个绿化大坡道与地面活动场地相连通。
The western base is equipped with variety of professional activity rooms connected with the wide tortuous corridor used for all kinds of children’s independent activities. The roof of the base is formed into a series of fenced activity platforms and connected with the ground activity space through a green ramp way at its southeast.

所有的日托班都在两栋教学楼的二、三层南侧,北侧除了交通、服务设施之外就是一个带有多处放大空间的走廊系统,每个日托班的活动室外都配有可以延展幼儿活动的放大走廊空间,并配有数个贯通上下楼层的小型共享空间,让每个楼层密集的班级空间在这些地方可以得到释放,同时也加强了楼层间的互动。两栋教学楼在二层的共享空间里都有一部醒目的大楼梯与底层公共空间相联系,让孩子们的上下楼过程更有趣味性和吸引力。
All the daily care classes locate at the second and third floor of these two teaching buildings in the south. Besides traffic and service facilities at the north, there is a corridor system of large space which is equipped outside of each daily-care’s activity room for extension of children’s activities. There are also several small public spaces connecting through the whole building, making the dense classroom space of each floor extend quite a bit as well as enhancing the interaction between two floors. The two teaching buildings all apply an eye-catching stair connecting the public space of second floor with that of the first floor, making it more attracting and interesting for the children when they are going up or down.

Concept interpretation
由于这个幼儿园的规模超越了一般配置,如何控制尺度感知成为设计中的一大重点。在外在形态上,我们将大小差异悬殊的三栋主体建筑都以和内部单元空间相对应,同时又有微差的小体量错落叠置而成,并用可以为顶层带来更多空间潜力的双坡顶单元的重复拼接来消解教学楼相对巨大的体量,使主体建筑更接近小房子的抽象聚集。
As the kindergarten has an extraordinary configuration, how to control the perception about scale is a key for the design. For the external form, we coordinate the three main buildings of different sizes with their inner spaces, setting them in a slightly staggered manner and applying the double slope crest unit spliced to offset the sense of relevantly prodigious teaching building, bring more space to the roof and making the main building look like an abstract aggregation of small houses.

立面上通过不同的开窗方式的交错并置所获得的虚实变化更加强了这种空间意向。底层基座主要通过南端大空间的偏转分形的地形化处理,以及其它各处错落分布的小庭院来控制外部的尺度认知。西南角基地主入口旁的门卫兼钟塔既是园方希望设立的入口标志物,又以垂直向的设立平衡了主体的水平性延展。
The variation of virtual and solid senses brought by the windows opened in a staggered manner on the façade deepensthis inclination. The base of ground floor is processed topographically through the large space in the south and the perceptions of scale controlled by the small yards distributed in a staggered manner. The janitor room and the bell tower beside the main entrance at the southwest of the base is a landmark that the kindergarten wants to set for the entrance, which has balanced its horizontality with the verticality.

而在内部空间上,主体建筑是把通过走廊纵向组织的整体感知和通过屋顶贯穿班级空间和走廊放大空间的横向组织的单元感知结合起来,以达到单一尺度的消解。底层的公共空间也由于那些曲折变化并与庭院互动的走廊空间、以及被限定出的多个自主活动空间,其尺度感在连续中得到了不同变化的定义。
For the inner space, the main buildings combine the overall sense through the corridors with the unit sense through the roofs covering the classroom space and corridor large space to eliminate the feeling about equivalent sizes. The public space of the ground floor is also defined as various connective senses of scale by the meandering corridors interacting with the yards and the multiple delimited independent activity spaces.

建筑的构造、材料与色彩选择其实也是空间与形态策略的延续。底层基座为灰色真石漆,在架空、门廊、窗洞等开口部位引入明亮的色彩,在保持整体性的同时又富于变化的趣味。二、三层主体建筑采用正面为灰白涂料、侧面为彩色涂料的逻辑来处理,凸显体量的凹凸错落感。而银灰色的鋁镁锰板坡屋顶很好地平衡了与其同向的侧墙面的色彩变化。室内部分也以白色涂料墙面作底,结合楼梯、中庭、班级卫生间等的明快色彩运用凸显空间中的认知重点。室内玻璃隔断的浅木色也用以平衡色彩的变化。特别是底层居于两栋教学楼之间的图书室,通过完全的浅色木质界面和家具的处理,以及内部自由错落的微地形台地阅读空间的设置,营造了尺度宜人、温馨自由的幼儿交流空间。

The option of structure, material and color of building is another kind of extension for the space and shape strategy. The base of the ground floor applies grey stone-like coating while the openings of the hanging, doors and windows apply bright colors so as to maintain the integration and the taste of variation at the same time. The second and third floor of the main building applies grey white coating for the facade and colorful paint for the side, highlighting the stereoscopic impression. The silver grey aluminum magnesium manganese plate roof balances the color variation of the side walls. The indoor part is also painted white in general, dotted by bright colors applied for stairs, atrium and washroom in the classroom. The light wood color applied in the indoor glass partition is also used to balance the variation of colors. Especially, the library at the ground floor between the two teaching buildings which has created a cozy and free communication space for children by the completely light wood surface and furniture as well as the setting of the reading space formed by the topography inside.
