After Sales Assistant Intern

▌岗位职责

1. Coordinate After Sales Marketing stock in the warehouse and execution of dealer orders; Initiating necessary orders with suppliers and checking payments;

2. Collect reports on executed local campaigns;

3. Consolidate dealer submitted data and generate reports accordingly;

4. Follow up on daily basis with dealers related to on-going After Sales projects;

5. Draft and distribute After Sales Marketing relevant communication briefings to the dealer network;

6. Other tasks and projects appropriate to the After Sales business.

▌任职资格

1. Bachelor degree or above, knowledge in automobile industry or after sales field is a plus;

2. Proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant, willing to learn;

3. Proficient knowledge in MS Office ( word, excel, PowerPoint );

4. Internship experience in Automobile industry is a plus;

5. Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week for 6 months.
