示范区整体风格简约、现代，色调以高级灰为主。设计师通过灰度的对比营造出低调、典雅的生活氛围；灰色中的“阿里橙”作为亮色点缀，又将活力和动感注入到了项目中。
示范区的景观设计整体围绕中轴广场、售楼中心及商业街这三部分展开。
步入中轴广场，映入眼帘的便是别具一格的logo墙——它以珍珠蓝跌水池壁为背景，阶梯状的跌水平台上竖立着“阿里橙”鲜亮的项目案名“Seattle西雅图”，前面则是跳跃的序列涌泉。
镜面无边水池紧挨着logo墙。水池结合涌泉、雕塑形成广场的视觉焦点：
水池以珍珠蓝花岗岩为材料。水面波纹与花岗岩上的蓝色片纹互为映衬，给人沉静之感；
珍珠型涌泉安静低调，在灯光的映照下熠熠发光，宛若明珠；
设计师还注重通过对景观细节的精心布局与安排来营造整体的空间感与轴线感。中轴广场水景两侧饰以娜塔栎，在竖向空间感受得到加强的同时，广场的轴线感也得以强化。广场地面的线型星星灯与建筑门头“SEATTLE”灯光遥相呼应，引导人们前往售楼中心。
售楼中心的内庭院以肾蕨作为主要地被，再配以形态优美的青枫作为点缀。庭院内深色砾石铺成的蜿蜒小径向远处静静延伸，显得整个庭院更加幽深、清净.幽静的庭院与喧闹繁忙的售楼中心形成对比，给人们在喧闹的环境中带来一处宁静之所。
商业街主要通过商业外摆及雕塑加强整体商业氛围。次入口的logo水景作为商业街的景观亮点，“阿里橙”色钢板上刻有项目案名，成为地面铺装的一部分，于细节中体现匠心。地面上黑白相间的纵向肌理铺装也引导着住户与游客行入商业街深处。

万科融信西雅图作为以高科技年轻人才为主要客户群的住宅及零售商业项目，旨在展现出现代年轻人的生活风貌，以及他们对科技的信赖、对品质的需要和对美的追求。在实体示范区的设计和施工过程中，我们与客户花了大量的时间和精力对空间流线与尺度的把握，材质的大小、颜色和面层处理进行反复推敲，最终获得了总体令人满意的设计成果。在此我要特别感谢万科章工的辛勤付出与配合。

Adjacent to Hangzhou's Cloud Valley, the West Lake Sci-Tech Park and the Future Sci-Tech City, is a place which attracts high-tech talents to live and work. Vanke Ronshine Seattle aimed to create a sense of future and technology, in line with the positioning and environment of the site.
Premium Grey, is the key color tone and sets a concise, modern and elegant style for the display area with ‘Ali Orange’ standing out against the grey tones, adding vitality and dynamics to the whole area.
The site's landscape is designed around the square sitting in the central axis, the sales center and the commercial street.
The logo wall placed in the square is elaborately designed and different from the ordinary one. On the cascade sits the project name 'Seattle 西雅图' in 'Ali Orange', against which the grey pool wall made of Blue Pearl-scale granite acts as the logo wall.
Adjacent to the logo wall, an infinite mirror pool together with the fountains and the sculpture shapes the focal point.
The mirror pool is made of Blue Pearl-scale granite. Water ripples and the texture of Blue Pearl-scale set off each other, creating a feeling of peace and harmony.
The fountain shines brightly and sparkles in the light, like a real pearl.
At the center of the pool stands a mirror stainless steel sculpture, the surface of which is punched with a specially designed 'logo pattern'. The beams of light shine through the small holes and vary in rhythms to make it look like the sculpture is breathing. The gradient color light also echoes the LED star light in the water, offering a unique visual experience.
Landscape details further enhance the site's overall sense of space and axis. Nuttalloaks, lined along the sides of water feature, visually strengthen the vertical space. The linear star lights on the ground corresponds with the ‘SEATTLE’ - shaped lights under the eaves, attracting people to visit the sales center.
The inner courtyard of the sales center is mainly covered by tuber fern and decorated with Acer serrulatum. The dark gravel winding path extends to a deeper and serener atmosphere, providing a peaceful place within a bustling environment.
Sculptures and furniture in the street help enhance the commercial environment; from the logo water feature at the secondary entrance which acts as a focal point, to the special ‘Ali Orange’ steel platen graved with the project name, and the long strip of black and white pavement to guide the residents and tourists to explore the area. This ingenious design not only enhances the consistent design elements, but lights up the whole region.

The design thought of the Vanke Ronshine Seattle project is to reflect the lifestyle of future residents and visitors, the high-tech talents - their trust on technology, their demands on quality and their pursuit of beauty. During the landscape design and construction period, we spent a lot of time and effort with our clients considering the streamlining and scale of the space and the size, colour and surface layer of materials. All of this work was rewarded with a really great design result. I would like to thank Mr. Zhang from Vanke for his hard work and cooperation.
