普利斯设计集团城市综合体景观设计：宁波新世界

Ningbo New World, Urban Complex, designed by Place Design Group

普利斯设计集团与新世界中国地产有着长期的合作。期间，我们参与了包括宁波新世界、贵阳新世界、广州岭南新世界、广佛新世界庄园、海口美丽沙、广州东逸花园、广州东方新世界花园、佛山金名都花园等多个大型项目的景观设计。今天，我们将来了解一下宁波新世界。

With long-term partnership with New World China Land, Place Design Group have been engaged in the landscape design of a number of outstanding projects, including Ningbo New World, Guiyang New World, Guangzhou New World Park Paradise, Canton First Estate, Elissa in Haikou, Guangzhou Dongyi Garden, Guangzhou Oriental New World Garden and Cruise City in Foshan. Today, we will introduce Ningbo New World to you.

宁波新世界落址于宁波三江口。三江口，即甬江、奉化江、余姚江的交汇之口，也是宁波政治、经济、文化交汇的核心区域，地理位置十分优越。宁波新世界作为都市综合体项目，共由12个地块构成，其业态涵盖商业中心、办公楼、住宅社区、酒店、公园这五大板块，均由普利斯设计集团负责景观设计。该项目的最大特点是设计师以丰厚的本地文化为设计灵感，并积极响应宁波政府建设“海绵城市”的号召，将可持续发展等绿色设计理念融入到项目的设计中。本文介绍的是项目中的售楼与体验中心——“城市客厅”。

Ningbo New World sits in a superior area, where geographically, the Yong River, Fenghua River and Yuyao River intersect, strategically, it is the political, economic and cultural center of the city. This urban complex project consists of 12 plots, covering diverse development types, such as commercial centers, office buildings, a residential community, a hotel and parks, the landscape of all of which are taken by Place Design Group. Designers draw inspiration from local culture and take sustainability design measures, which responds to the call of creating a sponge city. In this article, we will introduce “City Parlor”, the sales and experience center of Ningbo New World. 

“城市客厅”的设计灵感来源于三江口的地形。

The design of the “City Parlor” is inspired from the terrain of the place where three rivers intersect.

The abundant use of triangular shapes symbolizes the profile of this place.

Three main aisles converge in the center of the “City Parlor”, symbolizing the interaction of three rivers. 

▲ 为了将人流引向“城市客厅”，设计师对于项目主入口进行了重点设计，通道地面的带状铺装及两侧的喷水、水幕墙从视觉和听觉上吸引着行人的注意。

To draw the attention of the pedestrians on the bustling roads, which face to the main entrance, and lead them to the “City Parlor”, designers deliberately use the ground pavements in strips, the water spray and the water curtain wall, which are attractive in both sight and hearing. 

“城市客厅”虽仅为宁波新世界这个占地25公顷的综合性项目的启动部分，但是从这里所使用的绿色节能设计手法中可窥一斑而知全豹，看到可持续发展设计理念在在这个项目中的充分实践。

The recently completed “City Parlor” is just the startup part of this 25-hectare urban complex project. In this small section alone, there are a lot of green and environmental design measures, providing an insight into the depth of the sustainability focus throughout the design of the whole area. 

雨水花园与生态草沟兼具美观性与功能性，它们不仅为人们提供了一片片绿色公共空间，更能有效的积蓄和利用雨水，减轻市政排水的压力；花园设计中可回收材料的使用从长远看可以减少碳的排放。

The raingarden and the bio-swale offer both artistic and practical value, which not only offer green public spaces for people, but also release the pressure of municipal drainage by saving and reusing the water effectively. The suitable recycled materials used in the garden offer both artistic and practical value, and therefore over the longer term will reduce the project’s carbon footprint.

最终建成的宁波新世界将成为重塑宁波城市的重要地标性项目，因此，该项目在规划和景观设计上遵循了最高标准的环境保护规范。比如，我们在此项目中设计的综合绿地空间能起到雨水生物过滤器的作用。从雨水中获得的珍贵水资源被储存，用于灌溉和清洁冲洗。雨水花园在收集过程中过滤水质，未被收集的雨水在过滤前通过雨水花园进入流入地下水。

Ningbo New World will finally be a city shaping landmark in Ningbo. Therefore, both the project’s planning and landscape design comply with the highest standard environmental protection policy. For example, the integrated green space in this project can work as a stormwater biofilter. Water, a highly valuable resource is captured through rain water harvesting and stored for re-use irrigation and wash down cleaning. Raingardens filter the water as part of the collection process and any water not collected runs through the raingardens prior to infiltration into the water table.

合适的植栽选择则促进了生物多样化，也有益于本地生物的栖息。项目采用了再生材料和本地采购的耐用材料，这也降低了浪费和维护成本；从长远来看，能降低项目的碳排放。

Appropriate plant selection aided in biodiversity and supported endemic fauna. Suitable recycled materials are utilized as well as durable materials suitable for long term application and locally sourced, which reduced waste and maintenance costs, and therefore over the longer term will reduce the project’s carbon footprint.

As a leading company in the Planning and Design Industry, Place Design Group are committed to the sustainable development of cities and the construction of ecological civilization. We focus on urban infill projects and water sensitive urban design (WSUD), the synonymous name of “Sponge City” known in China, as a result, we have accumulated abundant experience and gained many successful practices in this area. For example, the Jezzine Barracks, a large-scale parkland located in Townsville, Queensland, Australia, was developed with a variety of stormwater bio retention components. Excelling in its comprehensive and sustainable design, this project won multiple Australian and international awards. In China, Guiyang New World, a residential project, is another good example as we bond “Sponge City” concept into design reality. 

我们将这一系列设计理念与成功经验充分运用到宁波新世界项目的设计中。例如，在目前已建成的“城市客厅”、即将建成的一期街边绿地，及在未来开放的巨大的中心公共花园中，我们利用公共花园连接绿化带，形成天然的“雨水生物过滤器”；周边的景观设计均采用了水敏感城市设计原则和生命周期能源成本准则等综合设计手法，从而降低碳的排放。

We incorporated these design concepts and successful experiences in the design of Ningbo New World. For example, in the completed “City Parlor”, the greenbelt along the street in the upcoming Stage 1 and the huge central park which will open in the future, the public garden connects with greenways, which can work as a stormwater biofilter. Surrounding landscape utilizes water sensitive urban design principles and life cycle energy cost principles, contributing towards a reduced carbon footprint.

在这里，我们努力创造出一个适合人们生活、工作和娱乐的综合性场所，高品质的外部绿色空间将和宁波既有的绿色走廊和沿江绿色通道连接起来，成为宁波人民和这座城市永久的绿色环境资产。

We are dedicated to creating an urban complex, where people can live, work and play. The high quality external green spaces will connect with the city’s established green corridors and rivers, creating a lasting green legacy for not only residents here, but all of Ningbo.
