1.发音 —— 单词

单词的读音是每位广播员要越过的第一关。这需要我们提前标注新单词的发音。建议大家在自己的手机里下一个词典，比如有道，爱词霸，海词等等，随手查，随手记。

2.停顿 —— 断句

在广播中可能出现的另一个问题就是断句。由于句子长，无法一口气读完，往往有急促或断续的现象，句子被读的支离破碎，非常不自然，或是随意停顿、停顿不当，听者不知所云。好的播音顿挫有致且让听众有效接受信息。下面一起来练习如何断句吧。

1）最简单的——有标点符号的地方要停顿。 注： //表示停顿。
1. Ladies and gentlemen, // welcome aboard China Southern Airlines,// a member of SkyTeam.//
2. Please fasten your seat belts,// stow your tray table,//…

2) 按意群（即同一组意思连贯完整的词）划分，不同意群之间停顿，词组，短语，从句之间停顿。注：意群通常为词组，短语，比如，your understanding, for taxiing, after taking off, facilities and equipments.   

3) 1. Our aircraft is about to be pushed back// for taxiing. 
2.  Please make sure// that your seat belts are securely fastened.
3. Please// go to China Southern Airlines' transfer counter// for further information// or check in for next flight.
4. In accordance with the laws of China, behaviors// such as// damaging onboard facilities and equipments// and disturbing the cabin order// are subject to punishment of warning.

3.重音 —— 重读

重音在广播中常常遇到这样的疑问，为何单词读对了，听起来还是不地道呢？其实我们容易忽略一个问题——重音。重音的发音规律最简单粗暴的一条就是实词重读，还有逻辑重音。一起来练习吧。

1）实词重读。China Southern Airlines, captain, purser, emergency，damaging、disturbing, non-smoking, apologize, fasten, power off, do not charge, pleased, sincerely等等。注：实词包括名词，动词，代词，形容词副词等等。

2）逻辑重音。这个很好理解，我们通过重读来强调要表达的内容。比如，your oxygen mask is stored above your seat. 这里above要重读，强调位置。再如，Please do not smoke onboard. 这里please 是虚词，但有强调作用，需要重读。

3）We (apologize for) the delay due to (air traffic control), and we thank you for your (understanding) and (cooperation).  注：（）内重读。

4.语速 —— 清晰

好的播音有快有慢，一味图快并不能有效地传播信息。CC们可以参照机上预录广播的语速，根据自己平时说话的习惯来调整，建议用比平常慢一拍的速度来练习。（平常说话就优雅而慢条斯理的童鞋请自行跳过~)

5.语调 —— 升降

英语的基本语调分为升调    和降调   。升调一般用于提问，表达“肯定、委婉”含义。降调一般用于陈述或命令，表达“完整肯定”含义。下面一起来练习。

1）通常情况下，一般疑问句用升调，选择疑问句或者并列短语的前半部分用升调。(/表示升调，\表示降调）
1. Ladies/  and gentlemen\  , welcome aboard /China Southern Airlines\ ,a member of SkyTeam\ .
2. Passengers carrying any plants/   including seeds/  , seedlings/  , fresh fruits/   , vegetables/   , flowers/   and bulbs\.   

2)  选择或并列的最后一个用降调，以及句子结尾用降调。其他句式用降调。
  In accordance with the laws of China\   , behaviors/ such as damaging onboard facilities and equipments/  and disturbing the cabin order\ are subject\ to punishment of warning\  .

6.语气 —— 氛围

我们的客舱广播不仅需要清晰有效地传播信息，更需要传递正能量营造氛围感染旅客。致礼欢迎广播要热情洋溢带来宾至如归的温馨，落地广播要沉稳安心仿佛能洗涤旅途疲惫，营销类广播要张弛有度吸引旅客注意，特殊情况广播要沉着冷静坚定有力，起到安抚旅客的作用。

7.心理活动

我们的客舱广播大多数情况下是不直接面对旅客的，一方面我们可以减少直面带来的紧张压迫，另一方面我们也需要想像情景，带入情感。大家可以对着镜子练习，尝试微笑广播！

8.练习 —— 模仿

台上一分钟，台下十年功。精彩的演绎离不开背后刻苦地练习。我们可以模仿标准的英语广播，对着镜子一遍一遍练习，微笑广播。
