是他把土耳其冰激凌带到了沈阳！丨Nejdet brings Turkish ice-cream to Shenyang

“今年，是我在沈阳开土耳其冰激凌店的第16个年头了。”世界土耳其商业协会执行董事会成员、亚洲太平洋地区主席丹玉雷·奈迪说。

"This year is the 16th year that I have operated Turkish ice-cream shops in Shenyang," said Nejdet, executive board member of the World Turkish Business Association and chairman of the Asia Pacific Region.

奈迪在本国大学毕业后，供职于日本的一家企业。在日本，他结识了沈阳贸促会的领导。正是这次偶然的相识，促成了2006年奈迪的沈阳之行。2006年5月1日，2006中国沈阳世界园艺博览会在沈阳举办，奈迪成了土耳其馆的代表。

After graduating from university in his home country, Nejdet worked for a Japanese company.

In Japan, he met the leader of Shenyang Sub-council of CCPIT.

It was this accidental acquaintance that led to Nejdet's trip to Shenyang in 2006.

On May 1, 2006, the China Shenyang International Horticultural Exposition 2006 was held in Shenyang, and Nejdet became the representative of the Turkish Pavilion.

“沈阳是土耳其冰激凌‘试水’中国的桥头堡。土耳其冰激凌是举世公认的美食，但在中国表现如何我心中没底。2006年在沈阳开了第一家土耳其冰激凌店后，商品供不应求，于是我就放心了——中国人喜欢！”奈迪说。

"Shenyang is the bridgehead to sell Turkish ice-cream in China. Turkish ice-cream is recognized as a delicacy in the world, but I have no idea how it will perform in China. After opening the first Turkish ice-cream shop in Shenyang in 2006, the products were in short supply, so I was relieved - Chinese love it!" Nejdet said.

之后，奈迪在上海、成都、北京、青岛等全国12个城市开设了分店。“沈阳让我事业有成，我特别感恩！”奈迪说。

After that, Nejdet opened branches in 12 cities across the country, including Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, and Qingdao.

"Shenyang gave me a successful career. I am very grateful!" Nejdet said.

长时间生活在沈阳，奈迪对这里的感情愈发深厚。奈迪已经买了两套房子，他为自己长期生活在沈阳做了充分准备。

Having lived in Shenyang for a long time, Nejdet's affection for this place has become deeper and deeper.

He has bought two apartments and fully prepared for his long-term life in Shenyang.

谈及未来，奈迪说：“美食就是文化的使者，会把不同文化的人连接在一起。我的下一个目标是把土耳其美食传播到中国。我选择沈阳作为传播的纽带。”

Talking about the future, Nejdet said, "Food is the messenger of culture, connecting people from different cultures. My next goal is to spread Turkish cuisine to China. I choose Shenyang as the link of communication."
