▶沈阳市面向企业和重点群体大规模开展职业技能培训。近3年，全市累计开展补贴性职业技能培训95万人次，培育高技能人才3.7万人，累计发放职业技能培训补贴8.6亿元。

Shenyang has carried out large-scale vocational skills training for enterprises and key groups. In the recent three years, the city has provided 950,000 subsidized vocational skills training opportunities, cultivated 37,000 high-skilled talents, and issued a total of CNY 860 million vocational skills training subsidies.

▶沈阳市在全省率先启动产业工人职称评审工作，畅通高技能人才与专业技术人才职业发展通道。全市39家产业链企业推荐了350余名生产一线工人参加评审，63人获得相应专业和层级的专业技术职称。

Shenyang took the lead in launching the professional titles appraisal for industrial workers in the province, and smoothed the career development channels for high-skilled talents and professional and technical talents.

39 industrial chain enterprises in the city recommended more than 350 front-line production workers to participate in the appraisal, and 63 people obtained professional and technical titles of corresponding majors and levels.

▶沈阳市通过开展职业技能等级认定，充分发挥技能评价在人才培养、使用、激励中的“指挥棒”作用。目前14所技工院校已开展自主评价，2530名学生获得各类技能等级证书。

Shenyang has given full play to the "baton" role of skill evaluation in talent training, employment and incentive through the identification of vocational skill levels.
