辽宁仅1人！Only 1 person from Liaoning!东大学子发明会“说话”的手套，The student from Northeastern Universitywho invented the "talking" gloves荣获全国青少年科技创新最高奖项！won the highest awardof China Scientific and Technological InnovationAward for Youths!近日，共青团中央、全国青联、全国学联、全国少工委印发《关于颁发第十三届中国青少年科技创新奖的决定》。东北大学曾振同学为获得该权威奖项的31名大学生之一，是辽宁省唯一获奖大学生。
Recently, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the All-China Youth Federation, the All-China Federation of Students, and the National Permanent Standing Commission-Young Pioneers of China issued the "Decision on the 13th China Scientific and Technological Innovation Award for Youths".
Zeng Zhen from Northeastern University was one of the 31 college students who won the authoritative award, and he is the only award-winning college student from Liaoning Province.

2017年，曾振认识了省残联的一位朋友，了解到中国手语翻译的数量严重短缺，而培养手语翻译也是一件长期且艰苦的事情，故而萌生了“能不能用科技为听力障碍者做些什么”的想法。

In 2017, Zeng Zhen met a friend from Liaoning Disabled Persons' Federation and learned that there was a serious shortage of sign language interpreters in China and it was also a long-term and arduous task to train sign language interpreters.

Therefore, the idea of "can I do something for the hearing-impaired people with technology" was born.

最终，他带领团队，研发了一套可以帮助听力障碍者沟通交流的智能系统——舞指科技。

Finally, he led the team to develop an intelligent system – Dance Fingers, which can help the hearing-impaired people communicate with others.

当听力障碍者佩戴翻译手套与人交流时候，手语中的手势就可以被转换为所有人都能听懂的语音信息，通过手机App发出声音。除了将手语翻译成声音，这套系统还可以将语音转换成文字，反馈给听力障碍者。

When the hearing-impaired people wear translation gloves to communicate with others, the gestures in sign language can be converted into voice information that everyone can understand, and make a sound through the mobile app.

In addition to translating sign language into voice information, the system can also convert voice into text to feedback to the hearing-impaired people.
