今年以来，市体育局创新实施“出门就健身”体育惠民行动，持续完善全民健身场地设施，形成“15分钟健身圈”。目前，全市人均体育场地面积达到2.42平方米，全市建有全民健身中心12个、健身场馆1003个、健身公园广场110个、室外篮球场1145个、足球场245个、健身步道423条。近两年，投入资金采购配置安装健身设施近4000余件，总计安装健身路径设施66000余件，健身器材达到全地域覆盖。
Since this year, Shenyang Municipal Sports Bureau has innovatively implemented the "fitness upon going out" sports public-interest campaign and continued to improve the facilities of national fitness venues to form a "15-minute fitness circle". At present, the per capita area of sports venues in the city has reached 2.42 square meters. There are 12 national fitness centers, 1,003 fitness venues, 110 fitness parks and squares, 1,145 outdoor basketball courts, 245 football fields, and 423 fitness trails in Shenyang. In the past two years, more than 4,000 pieces of fitness facilities have been purchased, configured and installed, and more than 66,000 pieces of fitness path facilities have been installed in total. The fitness equipment has reached the coverage of all regions.
近年来，沈阳市还积极打造品牌赛事，推动城市营销，成功举办沈阳马拉松、沈阳国际赛艇公开赛、全民健身国际徒步节等有影响力的大型赛事活动，并依托体育协会、健身俱乐部，举办球类、武术、龙舟等赛事。
In recent years, Shenyang has also actively hold brand events, promoted urban marketing, successfully held influential large-scale events such as Shenyang Marathon, Shenyang International Rowing Open and National Fitness International Hiking Festival, and held ball game, martial art game, dragon boat game and other games relying on sports associations and fitness clubs.
今年，沈阳市遴选出两批共计43家青少年校外体育服务驿站作为试运行单位，驿站涵盖了足球、篮球、冰球等28个运动项目。自6月20日启动试运行至今，驿站共开设公益课总课时达2000多学时，配备专业教练300余人，累计参与青少年人数超过15000人次。
This year, Shenyang selected two batches of 43 youth after-school sports service stations as trial units, covering 28 sports events such as football, basketball and ice hockey. Since the trial operation started on June 20, the stations have given more than 2,000 class hours of public-interest courses and been equipped with more than 300 professional coaches. A total of more than 15,000 young people participated in the courses.
