Our gorgeous wine and aperitivo bar Vesuvio is finally up and running at Bottega Xinyuanli. Ever since we were forced to close the original venue back in late 2017 we've been desperately looking forward to relaunching it. 

Vesuvio美酒和美食终于在意库新源里开业了！自从2017年末我们被迫在原址歇业以来我们一直渴望重新出发。

What is Vesuvio?

Vesuvio is a neighbourhood Italian wine and aperitivo bar that honors the enotecas located down hidden back streets across cities and towns in northern Italy. We've taken the atmosphere of a traditional Italian enoteca, fused it together with the convivial charm of a aperitivo bar and added our own touch of modern design to create this one of a kind.

At Vesuvio we offer an extensive list of Italian wines from all regions and a DIY gin and tonic selection that allows you to choose between a wide selection of gins, tonic waters and garnishes. On top of that we are bringing back our super popular Build Your Own Negroni section to entice customers to explore the range of palates on offer with customizing your own Negroni. Lastly, a range of spritz and cocktails will be served that promise to pair perfectly with our aperitivo menu.

At Vesuvio we serve a small menu of small savoury bites that go perfectly with our drinks. Dishes like marinated Kalamata olives will rock your Negroni to the next level, while our affetati misti charcuterie platter will pair perfectly with a nice glass (or bottle) of Sangiovese.

We've got some seriously attractive daily specials available at Vesuvio. Monday gets you as platter of cold cuts with olives, bread and cheese plus two glasses of wine fora crazy 98 RMB, while Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday there are great offers on gin & tonics, spritz's and our signature negroni's.
