嘻嘻 丨 固法又双叒叕获奖啦

近日，广州市律师协会2016年度会员各项大奖揭晓，固法再获三项荣誉。

新《环保法》出台后广州市南沙区环保局向某外资企业开出了南沙有史以来第一张按日连续处罚巨额罚单的案件曾轰动一时。固法律师代理涉事企业据理力争，最终固法意见被完全采纳，巨额罚单被撤销！不负辛劳，主办律师彭波也凭借此案荣获广州市律师协会2016年业务成果奖。

固法律师事务所长期热心参与各类公益、慈善活动。自成立起，便积极承担起作为社会一员的责任，在每年事务所周年庆时选择一个爱心公益项目回馈社会。2016年固法律师以校友名义向武汉大学捐赠十万元购书款，为莘莘学子的学习研究提供更多更优质的图书资源，帮助广大学生的学术进步和自我提升。通过校友捐书的方式，除了丰富学生的精神食粮，还能对其在将来回馈母校、回馈社会的责任感起到正面的引导。

彭波律师担任本届广州市律师协会青年律师工作委员会主任，关切青年律师成长中遇到的问题和困难，创新开展了线上版青年律师大讲堂、青年律师迎新交流会等活动，为帮助青年律师成长倾注大量时间与精力，被授予广州市律师协会2016年度优秀优秀专门（工作）委员会主任奖。

Wow, KooFa Law Firm Gained Honors, Agaaaaain!

Recently, Guangzhou Lawyers Association has issued various honors of the year 2016 for the members, and KooFa Law Firm has gained three honors.

Honor of Business Achievement

After the issuance of new Environmental Protection Law, a foreign-invested company received a ticket of a huge amount from Nansha Environmental Protection Agency, which was historically the first case of daily penalty and has made a great flutter then. The lawyer of KooFa argued against this decision on the behalf of the company. Finally, KooFa’s legal advices were adopted by the Agency and the ticket has been revoked. Mr. Peng Bo has been rewarded with the Honor of Business Achievement, since that he excellently settled down this case.

Honor of Public Benefit

KooFa has been enthusiastically participating into various charity and public benefit activities for long time. Since the establishment, KooFa has been fulfilled great social responsibility, and always completed a project of public benefit on its anniversary every year. In 2006, the lawyers of KooFa donated 100,000 as alumni for book purchase to Wuhan University, providing students with more book resources for study and research, which helps them with progress in academic and also self-improvement. This donation not only offered spiritual food for students, but also give them a positive guidance of contributing to their university and the society.

Honor for Excellent Special(work) Committee Director

Mr. Peng Bo has been acting as the Director of Youth Lawyer Committee of Guangzhou Lawyers Association and he concerns deeply about the problems and difficulties in the growth of young lawyers. He innovatively organized on-line courses for youth lawyers, welcome and interaction meeting for youth lawyers, etc. He devoted himself into the improvement of youth lawyers and was rewarded with the Honor for Excellent Special(work) Committee Director.
