KooFa Assisted LIMOU in the PE Fund Manager Registration

On October 15, 2017, the Legal Opinions on the Registration of Private Investment Fund Manager issued by KooFa Law Firm for LIMOU Venture Partner has been approved by the Asset Management Association of China (the “Association”).

Soon after being entrusted by LIMOU Venture Partner, KooFa formed a team specific for this project. According to relevant laws and regulations and Association’s requirements, combined with the actual situation of LIMOU Venture Partner, also on the basis of full due diligence, KooFa deeply involved in the whole process of planning, establishment and registration, and actively assisted LIMOU Venture Partner to fulfill pertinent regulatory requirements. Furthermore, KooFa completed and submitted a qualified Legal Opinions Letter.
