经济与管理学院
学科覆盖经济学、管理学2大学科门类，管理学门类涵盖管理科学与工程、工商管理和公共管理3个一级学科，管理科学与工程为校级重点学科。
设置有经济与金融系、国际贸易与商务系、营销与公共管理系、财务管理系、工程管理系、信息管理系等6个系，拥有“土木工程建造与管理”学术型硕士专业和国际经济与贸易、经济学、金融工程、财务管理、市场营销、国际商务、物流管理、工业工程、信息管理与信息系统、电子商务和公共事业管理等11个本科专业，另设有国际经济与贸易及市场营销2个全英语授课专业和经济学（金融服务方向）中美国际合作办学专业。国际经济与贸易专业为省校两级重点建设专业、省高校新兴特色专业。现有全日制本科学生3030人，全日制硕士研究生6人，长期留学生250余人。
学院秉承“崇德尚用，求真创新”的校训，坚持“经世济用，创业创新”的育人理念，致力于培养具有国际化背景的高层次应用型经济管理人才，服务于地方经济建设。
ABOUT SCHOOL
The School of Economics and Management covers two main discipline “Economics” and “Management”. The Management Discipline covers three A-Discipline “Management Science and Engineering”, “Business Administration” and “Public Management”. The “Management Science and Engineering” is the key discipline at the university level.
The School has six departments, i.e., Economics and Finance, International Trade and Business, Marketing and Public Management, Financial Management, Engineering Management and Information Management. The School offers one program in Master level “Construction and Management of Civil Engineering” and eleven programs in Bachelor Level, i.e., International Economics & Trade, Economics, Financial Engineering, Financial Management, Marketing, International Business, Logistic Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Management & Information System, E–commerce, Public Sector Management. What’s more, the School offers two English-taught undergraduate programs “International Economics and Trade” and “Marketing” and one Sino-US joint program majored in Economics (Financial Services Concentration). The program “International Economics and Management” is the key program at both the provincial and the university level and also a provincial level new key discipline with characteristic construction. It now has 3030 full-time undergraduate students, 6 full-time graduate students and more than 250 long-term international students.
Guided by the motto of ZUST “Advocating ethics, Valuing the practicality, Seeking truth from facts and Bring forth new ideas”, School of Economics & Management insists on the concept of education“Enhance Business, Enhance the State; Create Business, Create Idea” and is devoted to cultivate high-level and application-oriented economic and management talents with international backgrounds to serve the local economy.
学院文化
依托浙江区域经济特点和浙商文化底蕴，贯彻落实浙江省委“两创”战略，根据我校高层次应用型人才培养特色和目标定位，秉承“崇德尚用 求真创新”校训精神，结合专业特点，经济管理学院自2006年提出打造经管原创创业文化活动品牌。经过逐步的实践探索、多次的教育思想大讨论和文化建设思路梳理，确定了以“经世济用 创业创新”为经管学院院训，以创业型人才培养为学院的人才培养目标，以建设倡行企业家精神和创业者素质教育的创业文化为学院特色品牌文化，进一步完善人才培养和文化建设体系。
“经世济用”源自浙东学派“经世致用”的治学思想，旨在“学以致用，有济于民”，即理论与实践结合以经邦济世，是传统儒家的一种优良学风。“经世”最早出自《庄子》“春秋经世，先王之志”。经：治理；经世：治理世事。做学问，经风雨，见世面，造福民生，匡世济民，志存高远，胸怀天下，求索治世之道。“致用”出自《周易》“精义入神，以致用也”；“济用”是对“致用”的延伸。济：增加，成就，弥补；济用：成就并发挥实践的作用。就是要“济”现实的政治、经济，即治国安邦得民的大“用”。
“经世济用”要求的是“实学”、“实用”，强调的是“学以致用”，做到说实话、干实事、务实际、求实效。
“创业创新”的目的在于努力培养具有创业精神、创新能力的创业创新型的人才，努力培养新时代中矢志不懈开创事业的创业者（含内部创业）和企业主。
“经世济用、创业创新”的院铭，是立足浙江沃土、汲取一方人文历史经验的思考延伸，是“崇德尚用、求真创新”的校训在经管文化中的渗透与凝结，是陶冶学院师生的心灵、塑造学院师生人格、凝聚学院师生力量的强大精神武器，更是经管学院师生员工的共同价值追求。
