在家门口，我们向首都北京的两款传统饮品致敬。八宝茶，传统的中国草药茶，浸泡在草药、香料、干果和茶叶中。茶的名字来自它的8种成分，在清朝开始流行，据说是慈禧太后的美丽和长寿的秘方! 我们在八宝茶中加入酸梅汁——中国最常见的无酒精饮料之一。带有中国传统“祥云”图案的白玉陶瓷玻璃茶杯，寓意带来祝福、和谐和好运。

We pay homage to two traditional beverages here in the capital city Beijing. Ba Bao Tea taking its name from its 8 ingredients the tea became popular in the Qing Dynasty and is said to be Empress Dowager Cixi’s secret recipe for beauty and longevity! We infuse the Ba Bao Tea with sour plum juice – one of the most common non-alcoholic drinks in China. Served in a custom tea cup made of white jade ceramic glass with a traditional Chinese “auspicious cloud” pattern – that's meant to bring blessing, harmony & luck.

Inspired by two of the most common ingredients from Southern China, while kumquat brings forward citrus notes & a slight bitterness, galangal gives of a ginseng like note beside the usual ginger property with mild spiciness. Refreshing and easy to drink！

We bring you the blossom season of Sakura here at UNION with this cocktail inspired by the most iconic flower of Japan. Mancino Sakura Vermouth matches with Citadelle Wild Blossom Gin, then brings to life with a touch of East Imperial Yuzu Tonic. Served in a beautiful Sakura inspired vessel, sip it slowly to enjoy all the floral notes this drink has to offer.
