Founded in 1729, Ruinart is the first established champagne house in the world. Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is the perfect expression of the Ruinart taste. It is comprised of 100% Chardonnay grapes grown primarily with Premiers Crus.The nose is clean and intense with warm, rich notes of brioche, French toast and roasted almonds. On the palate the wine is very supple and harmonious, with notes of honey and minerals on the long, sustained finish. This is a very limited production, so don't miss out!

Olivier Collin is a hermit in Champagne. His only persuit is to make a wine that expresses the terroir. This champagne bursting with aromas of pears, mint, red berries, tangerine and dried white flowers, it's full-bodied, broad and layered, with an enveloping attack that segues into a deep and concentrated core, girdled by lively acids and concluding with a long, precise and saline finish.
