在UNION，我们将古老丝绸之路中的文化与风味注入鸡尾酒特调之中，在酒单中你不仅可以找到12款颇具代表性的鸡尾酒，更有隐藏的鸡尾酒单我们的调酒师会在您的桌边制作。
In UNION we celebrate the cultures and flavors of the Silk Road in our cocktails and everyday between 5pm and 9pm our awesome bar team hits the floor to serve up cocktails tableside. 

Our Bar Cart

Bar Cart 提供每月更换的经典鸡尾酒酒单，在经典鸡尾酒的基础上，每一款都添加了独特的丝路香料，这些特调并不需要搅拌就可以让您体验经典配方与丝路香料的创新搭配。

Our custom made bar cart showcases classic cocktails with a twist. Each drink is served up in a tasting coupette and has been created using ingredients and flavours from the silk road.

Pineapple 

Boulevardier

菠萝波本, 意大利苦味配制酒, 

意大利甜味美思, 

新奥尔良苦精。

Pineapple Bourbon , Italian Bitter Liqueur ,

 Italian Sweet vermouth ,

New Orleans Bitters .

我有一段时间非常喜欢喝 Boulevardier，但是很多人会把这款酒与 Negroni混幺，因此想介绍给更多人爱上它。我用了菠萝波本酒做了转变，来为这款鸡尾酒加入一些口味上的亮点。

" I was very fascinated about Boulevardier as many people are not familiar with this drink, and it's often mistaken with an Negroni. On this drink, i introduced a twist by using pineapple bourbon which creates a more subtle flavour profile for the drink."

Coconut 

Martini           

椰子金酒, 意大利混合味美思,

混合橄榄，接骨木花, 海盐。

Coconut Gin, 

 Italian Mixed vermouth with Blended Olives ,

Elderflower, Sea Salt.

经典马丁尼通常入口比较锐利，所以我做了一款口感比较柔和的转变，使用椰子来增加香气以及味美思来体现出一款完美干与甜的结合。这款酒也是这个月酒单上最受大家欢迎！

" The classic martini is usually quite strong, in my version i wanted to create a smoother version using coconut to add flavour to the gin and introducing mixed vermouth to create a good balance between dry and sweet. This is quickly becoming a favourite of our guests."  

Raisin 

Spritz            

吐鲁番葡萄干, 阿佩罗配制酒, 

普赛寇起泡酒。

Turpan Raisin , Aperol ,

Prosecco.

变化的灵感来自于丝绸之路，我们用了来自新疆吐鲁番的葡萄干为这款好喝的酒带来了惊喜的味道。我自己很喜欢在下午的时候来一杯阿佩罗泡泡，所以想跟大家分享这个有趣的体验。

" Taking inspiration from the Silk Road, we use Turpan raisins from Xingjiang to intensify the flavours of what typically is a very easy going and light cocktail. Personally I enjoy drinking Aperol Spritz in the afternoon which is how I ended up creating it!"
