Li Dong the Executive Chinese Chef of Jing Yaa Tang, originally from Beijing with 20 plus years of experience. His passion lies in making authentic Chinese cuisine from different regions, brings classic and contemporary Chinese flavours together with a flair that is deceptively effortless.
