现在，让我们延续丝绸之路的南线、北线以及海路，从三个全新地域开始探寻未知新口味与概念,续写传奇故事。

Let's continue to explore the ancient trade routes with UNION cocktail cart which connected the East and West. Through our monthly creation follow the stories of traditions, culture and custom of the most iconic regions of the Silk Road.

This month, let us introduce three other regions of the North, South and Maritime roads.

North Route

吐鲁番位于一条东西和南北大道的交汇点上，是丝绸之路的必经之地。而当地的哈密瓜尤为著名，被誉为“瓜中之王”，口味清香，甘甜如蜜，以此为灵感，我们做了一款清新甘甜口味独特的马天尼，入口就可以品尝到哈密瓜的香甜，抹茶清香赋予它层次感，最后以茉莉花茶浸制味美思带来一些干涩平衡，整杯酒可以带给你愉悦的心情。

Turpan is a key location of the Silk Road where all directions crossed. Melon from Turpan due to its climate condition is very well known for its quality and honey-like sweet taste,  which inspired our team to create this Martini with melon that has sweet and refreshing flavours, balance with Matcha and Jasmine infused Vermouth.

South Route

云南是茶马古道的源头，又被誉为南方丝绸之路，这次我们选用了云南富有盛名的香菇风味来体现这个地区的特色，香菇在民间素有“山珍”之称，味道鲜美，香气沁人，我们又加入黑松露来衬托和中和它的香味，一些咖啡味美思，增加微妙的烘培感觉。这款酒酒体醇厚，口感绵密，一口仿佛置身于云南雨后的山中，回味无穷。

As the starting point of the Tea Horse Road, Yunnan features not just tea, but also mushrooms and coffee. Our team made a twist from the traditional old fashioned, using Yunnan shiitake that provide a savory and delicious mouth feel and black truffle to create a long umami taste which balance perfectly with the coffee Vermouth.

马来西亚是海上丝绸之路的重要国家，我们大胆使用了榴莲作为异国风味，同时又使用了可可厚重的奶油香味融合与平衡榴莲独特的气味，最后以酸奶赋予它细腻稠滑的口感。这款酒会把你带到马来西亚去度假！

Malaysia is an important country along the Maritime Silk Road, known as the birthplace of durian, and nowadays still famous for this high quality fruit. Mix with white cacao cream and balance with yogurt, this tropical drink is as smooth as eating durian.
