For over a thousand years, the ancient Silk Road's vast network of routes facilitated the exchange of ideas, customs, spices and goods. Union celebrates this convergence of cultures and flavours in its cocktails, drinks and food.

提到北京，人们总会不由自主的想到麻酱，北京人对麻酱的痴迷让我们有了这款酒的灵感-芝麻。这是一款以经典曼哈顿为灵感的波本威士忌鸡尾酒。滤洗的黄油给予波本威士忌略带咸味的丝滑口感。选取芝麻增添温热的口感和独特香气，与咖啡和利口酒带来一种强烈的反差。华丽的宫廷茶碗作为酒具，演绎古今交汇的北京。
A Whiskey-based cocktail inspired by the classic Manhattan. Butter-washing of the bourbon leads a smooth and slightly savory edge while the sesame brings a warmth and spice that counterpoints the rich coffee and wine notes. A drink worthy of Beijing.

正如其名，人们脑海中总会浮现一幅幅薄雾缭绕的高山水墨画，该款酒的灵感正是出于此处。中国的金酒搭配浓郁芳香的桂皮和八角，在烟雾的衬托下唤起人们对田园隐居生活的向往 。
A full bodied, spiced and rich drink based around the spices of cassia & star anise. Inspired by the traditional Chinese painting style of Shan Shui (山水), which commonly depicts mountains and greenery shrouded in mist and clouds. The drink evokes imagery of a tea field in Guizhou, the cherry smoke acting as the mist, with the rich spiced character of the Chinese gin enhanced with cassia and star anise tincture.

印度尼西亚班达群岛的本地作物之一是肉豆蔻，在古代比黄金更有价值。商人和殖民者们几代人都在寻求宝贵的香料，用于烹饪和制作香水。这款鸡尾酒在著名的止疼药鸡尾酒的基础上，把朗姆酒替换为巴西甘蔗酒，为您带来亚热带香辛料与果香结合的混合口感。
The Banda islands of Indonesia were famous for their native crop of nutmeg, once more valuable than gold. Merchants and invaders sought the valuable spice for generations, for its use in culinary, perfume & religious applications. This cocktail is based on the famous Painkiller cocktail, switching English-style rum with fragrant Brazilian cachaca, a similarly sugarcane-based spirit.

喀拉拉位于印度西南部，是丝绸之路中重要的香料贸易区。小豆蔻在古代就是十分珍贵的香料，古代希腊和宋代的皇宫都对这种优雅又温润的食材青睐有加。小豆蔻甚至一度在入侵欧洲的维京海盗当中流行，他们其中有人还将它带回了斯堪的纳维亚半岛, 这款鸡尾酒中，增加了小豆蔻的香气，融合加香型的葡萄酒，酸奶和芒果做的果泥带给它奶油质感以及绵密厚重的口感，回味带有一丝香料的韵味。
Kerala has been a major spice trading area dating back to 3000 BCE, with the ancient Babylonians, Egyptians and Phoenicians recording trade and travel in their annals. Cardamom has been prized since the ancient times, with demand for this warming and elegant spice in ancient Greece and the courts of the Song dynasty, cardamom even spread to the Viking invaders of Europe who bought this prized flavour back to Scandinavia. Refreshing and invigorating, this warming buck is designed to freshen the palate.
