We continue to explore the ancient trade routes with Union cocktail cart which connected the East and West. Through our creation, listen the stories of traditions, culture and custom of the most iconic regions of the Silk Road.

This time, we explore the 3 regions -Tibet, Greece and Japan where the ancient road of the North, South and Maritime passed by!

North Route

- 西藏 Tibet -

西藏以其雄伟壮观、神奇瑰丽的自然风光闻名，它地域辽阔，文化独特，青稞酒是藏族文化的典型代表，也是欢度节日和招待客人的上品。它清香醇厚，酸中带甜，搭配干型朗姆作为基底，再添加大麦和人参，入口绵甜，余味悠长。

Tibet is famous for its magnificent natural landscape. It has a vast territory, spectacular landforms and unique culture. The highland barley wine is a well-known produce from the Tibetan, often being drunk for festive occasions. The highland barley has a rich, sweet and sour profile, mixing with dry rum as base it enhance the intensity of flavours. This drink represents Tibet in a sip with an enjoyable finish.

South Route

澄清樱桃小番茄汁

Jasmine Tea 茉莉花茶

Feta Cheese 菲达芝士

早在2000多年前，希腊就已经通过丝绸之路与古老的中国建立了联系。这款口感清新，果香十足的马天尼搭配希腊著名的菲达芝士，利用蒸馏技术将葡萄果香沁入酒液，添加番茄和茉莉花茶风味，捕捉一丝酸涩于口中，装饰配以烟熏烘烤小番茄夹心菲达芝士，邀请您体验希腊美食的美妙搭配。

2,000 years ago, Greece had already connected with ancient China through the Silk Road. To honor the history, Union team created this refreshing, fruity martini paired with Greek famous feta cheese and the distillation of grapes. Adding tomato and jasmine tea to capture a touch of acidity in the mouth. Garnished with smoked tomato and Feta cheese, inviting you to experience the wonderful combination of Greek cuisine.

Maritime Route

Japanese Whisky 日本威士忌

Genmaicha 玄米茶

Sesame 芝麻

Maple Syrup 枫叶糖浆

Citric Acid 柠檬酸

Soda Water 苏打水

Sesame Seaweed 芝麻夹心海苔

It's refreshing, clean and easy to the palate. This drink showcases the flavour of Genmaicha with distillation technique to make it clean and concentrated.
