悠航鲜啤于2011年夏于北京创立，起初在位于北京周边山区的小型啤酒厂进行酿造。2012年12月，悠航将第一家直营酒吧开在了东四八条的胡同里。
悠航以为大众提供种类丰富的小批量酿造的时令鲜啤而奋斗，并不断挑战中国啤酒的定义。“我们致力于推动中国手工精酿啤酒的运动，并为打造属于中国自己的杰出精酿品牌而坚持不懈的努力着。”

Founded in the summer of 2011, Slow Boat began as a small pilot brewery nestled high within the mountains surrounding Beijing. “ We are proud to offer small-batch brews that push the creative boundaries of Chinese craft beer and we are dedicated to furthering the Chinese craft movement by making beer that China is proud to call its own. We are driven by the desire to create and to ultimately witness those creations bring people together. In terms of philosophy and approach, we adhere to strict, self-imposed standards. Superior beer is made with superior ingredients, so we don’t cut corners when it comes to the quality of our malt, hops, yeast and water. Slow Boat remains true to its Beijing roots by referencing Chinese culture through the use of local ingredients and unique beer names.”

Peiping Machine

北平机器 Peiping Machine,中国精酿啤酒独立品牌,创建于2016年。 北平机器起源于北京市东城区方家胡同46号院的一间古老的厂房内，这片园区的前身是著名的北京第一机床厂，建国前名为北平机器总厂，北平机器精酿啤酒由此得名。

北平机器一直致力于酿造属于本地的精酿啤酒，并积极探索本地美食与精酿啤酒的搭配。

Peiping Machine is originated in an ancient factory building which is located in Yard No. 46, Fangjia Hutong, Beijing. The Yard No.46 grew out of Beijing No.1 Machine Tools Work whose former name was Peiping Machinery General Factory before 1949, Peiping Machine Brewing Co.-- hence its name.

Freshness, locality and innovation are the core propositions of Peiping Machine. " We hope to ensure the quality of the beer with the freshest presentation, let it served with local food and local culture, and create a more interesting and ultimate taste experience."

由两位多年老友Alex和Kris于2012年创立，京A是一家不断推陈出新的酿酒厂。"我们沉醉于寻找有趣的食材和意想不到的口味来创造我们的啤酒，从经典款式的改良到大胆组合的实验，还有与来自世界各地的啤酒厂的合酿。

Founded in Beijing by long-time friends Kris and Alex, 京A is a brewery in constant motion. "We're obsessed with hunting down rare ingredients and unexpected flavors to brew our beers, ranging from twists on classic styles to curious experiments and inspiring collaborations with breweries from around the world.

Our goal is to make beer we're proud of – beer that pushes the envelope, celebrates its roots, and changes perceptions of Chinese brewing worldwide."

大跃啤酒成立于2010年，是北京的第一个精酿品牌，目前有5家直营门店（北京4家，成都1家）、在天津建有酿酒厂，公司约有数百名员工。

在精酿文化进入中国之初，大跃的出现为京城甚至全国的消费者提供了一个了解、品尝精酿的平台。大跃绝大部分啤酒均采用中国本地啤酒花和本土生产的麦芽以及香料、茶叶、蜂蜜、花椒、咖啡、农产品等精心酿造。

我们将中国独特的饮食、思想、文学、节日和历史等文化中的精粹理念融入到啤酒里，旨在打造有“中式”灵魂的精酿啤酒，也因此屡获国内外重量级精酿啤酒大奖。

Great Leap Brewing was founded in 2010. Since then, we have been paving the way for the craft beer movement here in the capitol as well as providing a place for people all over China to come taste and understand craft beer. Ten years later, we now have five locations across China, a large scale production brewery in Tianjin, as well as employ over 100 staff.

Respecting the unique tastes of Chinese cuisine and local culture, we source the finest raw materials and seek to incorporate high-quality teas, spices, honeys, Sichuan peppercorns, coffee, as well as other local Chinese ingredients into our beers.

By integrating all elements of Chinese culture – from ingredients, history, philosophy, and various ideologies – we incorporate a uniquely “Chinese” spirit into each of our beers, many of which have received multiple accolades at various international beer competitions.
