中国白酒至少有上千年的历史被称为“灵感的源泉”，炽热浓烈的口感激发了古代许多文人骚客的创造力。这款酸味鸡尾酒以白酒为基酒，酸梅带来更多的酸味和陈年水果的特征，佐以人参和菊花等草本植物，勾起人们对老北京“酸梅汤”的记忆。

Chinese distilled spirit baijiu boasts a history stretching back at least a thousand years. Nicknamed a “liquid of inspiration”, the fiery spirit sparked the creativity of many literati and poets in ancient times. In this sour-style cocktail, a baijiu base is complemented by the traditional Chinese medicine pairing of ginseng and chrysanthemum, layered with tart stone fruit notes in a reference to Beijing’s “suan mei tang” sour plum soup.

这款以日本米烧为基础的酸味鸡尾酒，有着绵密的奶油质地，灵感借鉴日本著名的河童卷，将黄瓜的水润清甜与芥末的辛辣芳香完美结合，日本的纯米烧酒口感圆润顺滑，带有淡淡的苹果和菠萝香气。山葵巧妙融入其中，不是想象中的浓烈霸道，却增加了芳香。日本柚子汁散发出令人陶醉的柑橘香味，酸度与甜味得到很好地平衡。

An elegant, refreshing drink inspired by Kappa Maki – a flawless combination of cucumber, seaweed and rice, served with wasabi. Like its namesake, this shochu-based sour is a lesson in excellence through simple, clean flavours. A wasabi infusion lends a fantastic aroma with unparalleled smoothness while citrusy yuzu atop the rice shochu’s apple and pineapple notes adds layered depth to this cocktail that's at once creamy with a crisp finish.

这款热带提基风格的鸡尾酒灵感来自于著名的马来西亚殖民时代饮品 - 拉茶(Teh Tarik)。班兰香蕉奶盖如同拉茶反复在两个茶杯间来回拉锯形成的顶部起泡。黑朗姆酒带有浓郁的焦糖味，口感醇厚顺滑，酒味芳醇。蜜糖般的余韵与热带水果及豆蔻的香气在口中化开，充满东南亚的海岛风情。

Teh Tarik, or “pulled tea”, is a Malaysian speciality. Made by pouring milk tea from one glass to another until it’s frothy topped, the famous, colonial-era drink is the inspiration behind this tropical tiki cocktail. Pandan and banana foam give way to rich, smooth spiced dark rum and cardamom juxtaposed against the aroma of tropical fruits.

位于美索不达米亚平原上的古代巴比伦帝国，是“四大文明古国”之一，它的首都巴比伦是一座庞大而充满活力的城市，也是丝绸之路的起点。原产于地中海的孜然沿着这条繁茂的贸易线路流入这座城市并且深受欢迎。这款酒将孜然和覆盆子的浓郁味道与黑麦威士忌和生姜利口酒的辛辣味道相结合，酒体醇厚饱满，回味悠长。

Once the lavish capital of the majestic Babylonian Empire, Babylon was a sprawling, energetic city and the origin of the Silk Road. Traded along this historic route was cumin, native to the Mediterranean and soon central in the cuisines of many cultures along the way. Encased in a vessel as exotic and luxurious as ancient Babylon, this full-bodied cocktail pairs the deep flavours of cumin and raspberry with the spicy notes of rye whiskey and ginger liqueur.
