茴香利口酒是瓶中的希腊，是由葡萄酒渣的蒸馏酒为原料，加入洋茴香等香料，浓烈却香气浓郁。这款鸡尾酒我们以金酒为基酒，加入希腊酸奶乳清与地中海水果，与口感浓烈的茴香利口酒形成猛烈与轻柔的和旋，增加了这款酒的复杂性和层次。酒体轻盈，气泡细腻，充满活力，让人联想到希腊耀眼的阳光和跳跃的浪花。

Ouzo is Greece in a bottle. Synonymous with Grecian life and evocative of the sunshine and salty ocean spray, the anise-flavoured liquor offers a fresh counterpoint to this gin-based cocktail’s clarified Greek yoghurt and Mediterranean fruits. Delicate bubbles and a light-bodied fizz invigorate.

The ancient Silk Road connected India to China, creating a pathway for the exchange of new flavours. Green bean travelled the route from its origin to India, now a commonplace Chinese ingredient. Redolent with the flavours of Assam black tea and green mung bean, this spice-infused take on a Perfect Manhattan features turmeric, cardamom and cinnamon on a backdrop of bourbon whiskey. A true showcase of the Kingdom of Spices.

Take a trip to the tropical climes of Thailand in this sweet, fragrant twist on an Old Fashioned. The honeyed, malty flavour of jackfruit takes centre stage, a perfect foil to the rich, smooth bourbon whiskey and warm spiced aromas of the bitters. The glassware’s handcrafted woven straw ring is a nod to Thailand’s ever-present woven straw tote bags.

辣椒最初通过古丝绸之路传入，是川菜和川菜文化的标志性食材。这款带有略带气泡的潘趣鸡尾酒，以中国金酒为基酒，有着强烈的四川辣椒和花椒风味，并搭配四川峨眉山的碧潭漂雪茉莉花茶描绘中国韵味。百香果和佛手柑平衡了香料的强烈味道，让这款酒融合了花香、水果味和微妙的辛辣。

Originally imported through the ancient Silk Road, chili pepper is an iconic ingredient in Sichuan cuisine and culture. This fizzy milk punch-style, gin-based cocktail features the potent kick of chili and numbing Sichuan peppercorn from Peddlers Gin alongside Mt. Emei’s famous Bi Tan Piao Xue jasmine tea. Passion fruit and bergamot balance the strong flavours of chili and numbing peppercorn for an elevated experience that’s floral, fruity and subtly spicy.
