DAY 1 第一天
Beijing Winter Olympics is right around the corner and our Taozi family wants in on the snowy action! Please join us for this winter wonderland getaway (YES its 150% in Beijing) to Nanshan. Our accommodation will be at a European style (looks like a castle) hotel and we will hit the slopes both days. What makes this special trip even more amazing is that you will have the chance to stretch out and move inward with the gentle practice meditation and yoga with our lovely teacher Jovana. This winter weekend getaway includes transportation, hotel stay, 2 days on the slopes + ski/snowboard rental, 2 days of yoga and meditation, and so many laughs with the Taozi family your belly will hurt.
冬季奥运会即将到来北京，我们桃子大家庭也想加入这场雪战! 请加入我们的冬季仙境之旅到南山滑雪(是的，它150%在北京之内！)。我们将住在一家欧洲风格(看起来像城堡)的酒店，我们将在这两天去滑雪。让这次特别的旅行更令人开心的是，你将有机会与我们可爱的老师Jovana一起，通过舒服的冥想练习和瑜伽，伸展身体，看向内在的自己。这个冬季周末度假包括交通，酒店住宿，2天的滑雪+滑雪板/滑雪板租赁，2天的瑜伽和冥想，和桃子社区大家庭这么多的欢笑会让你肚子疼的。
WHAT IT DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Rentals for additional ski/snowboard clothing/gear (i.e goggles, pants etc... super affordable around 100 RMB for everything), and lunch on the slopes (because there are many options for you to choose from, also very affordable, not like Aspen or Vail...).
费用不包括: 租赁额外的滑雪单/双板服装/装备(如护目镜、裤子等，租赁是超级实惠，每样东西大约100元人民币），午餐(因为有很多选择，花费也并不会很多)
IMPORTANT POINTS!
Transport: We will pick you up at the meeting point in the morning (refer to basic content below). The bus drive will take us around 1.5 hours, depending on traffic, and we will arrive on the mountain around 9:30am to the ski resort (which is located in Beijing, do not worry we are not going outside of the city). Participants will get dropped off at the same point.
Guests will need to prepare 400 RMB: cash for a deposit and personal expenditure (400RMB) - organizers directions. Here is what its for... For guests to use locker storage and equipment rental you will need to use a special card (which is also your lift ticket!). The deposit and amount put on the card will be 400 RMB. Our guide will collect the cash in the bus and give the card to you afterwards (normal price for all equipment is 100RMB a day or less, depends on what things you will rent - refer to the "Equipment Rental" table below in the post). If you don't have a chance to prepare cash in advance before the trip - don't worry, there is an ATM in the ski resort. This will be refunded at the end of the trip if nothing is spent.
Leave your bags in the bus (all safe!) and start enjoying the skiing/snowboarding. We recommend you to take a small bag (apart from big one) to carry the phone, hot water... anything small for your personal needs.

交通: 上午我们在集合点接您(详细内容见下文)。根据交通情况，乘车大约需要1.5个小时，我们将在上午9:30左右到达山上，到达滑雪场(位于北京，不用担心我们不会出北京城)。参加者将在同一地点下车。客人需准备400元现金为押金和个人支出(400元) - 主办方说明。它的用途为了让客人使用储物柜和设备租赁，你需要使用一张特殊的卡 (这也是你的缆车票!) 押金费用为400元。我们的导游将在巴士上收取现金，之后将卡交给您(所有设备的正常价格是100元/天或以下，取决于您将租赁什么东西 - 参见下面的“设备租赁”表)。如果你在旅行前没有机会提前准备现金——别担心，滑雪场有自动取款机。如果旅行结束时您没有花任何钱，这些钱将被退还。
到达后请把你的包放在车上(一切安全!)，开始享受单/双板滑雪吧。我们建议您带一个小包(大包除外)来装手机、热水……任何满足你个人需求的小物件。

You will find yourself in the winter wonderland of Nanshan. Generally speaking, Nanshan Ski Resort is able to bring you some of the best man-made snow in the world. It is managed by the rich experience of international professional team, they use the color classification code and the international standard trail prompt sign, which could provide safe and comfortable service for skiers/snowboarders.
You can have lunch at the restaurant in the skiing resort (a lot to choose from, see the eateries options below in the post). Then we will go to the hotel at 16.30 to check in. After that you will take some time to set up, shower, change clothes and we will met for Restorative Yoga followed by dinner downstairs.

你会发现自己在南山的冬季仙境。一般来说，南山滑雪场能为您带来世界一流的人造雪。由经验丰富的国际专业团队管理，采用颜色分类码和国际标准的赛道提示标志，为滑雪者提供安全舒适的服务。您可以在滑雪场地的餐馆吃午餐(有很多餐馆可供选择，参见下面帖子中的餐馆选择)。之后我们将在16点30分去酒店登记入住。之后你会花一些时间来做准备，洗澡，换衣服，我们会一起做修复瑜伽，然后在酒店楼下吃晚饭。
DAY 2 第二天
We are going to gather for an early morning pranayama and sun salutations and then head to the breakfast buffet. Check out from the hotel and continue enjoying another full day of skiing/snowboarding. You can have lunch at one of the restaurants in the skiing resort again.
早晨我们集合到一起进行清晨的调息和拜日式练习，瑜伽之后去享用自助早餐。从酒店退房，继续享受另一个一整天的单/双板滑雪。你又可以在滑雪场地自行选择午餐。
We will finish around 4PM and make it back home around 6PM (if no traffic). Our driver will drop off us at the meeting point.
我们下午4点集合启程返回，如无交通拥堵情况将于晚上6点到达集合下车地点。

Nanshan ski resort also distinguishes itself in offering more of everything for the Alpine skier, meaning that here one will find more slopes in all skill categories than anywhere else in China.
Nanshan Ski Resort is also probably the Chinese ski resort when it comes to the availability of skiing and other snow-activity facilities for beginners.

Beijing Nanshan Ski Resort (Nanshan Ski Village) has many things to offer including snow tubes, sledding, Children's snowmobiles. It also has a DIY children's playground.

Snowboarding — A Feature of Nanshan Ski Resort
Nanshan Ski Resort is the largest ski resort specializing in snowboarding. Its snowboarding park, Nanshan Mellow Park, is built in cooperation with the famous Austrian snowboard-park designer, the Mellow Company. Nanshan Mellow Park is the favorite practice grounds for China's top-competition snowboarders who are preparing themselves for the upcoming Winter Olympics.

After a full day out on the slopes, do not worry about going hungry.
At the Canadian-style cafe you can enjoy lamb chops by a fireplace.
At the base of the mountain, where the ski resort's main facilities are situated, the Terrace Restaurant & Pub serves Western food, including pizza and drinks.
The Nanshan Restaurant, similar to the other traditional Chinese restaurant, specializes in Chinese cuisine, while the Hot Snack Bar serves Chinese snacks and other fast foods.
At the top of the mountain, where the chair lift will deposit you, the Lavender Mini Tea Bar serves coffee, tea, and light snacks.
