Qingqing Times Café
In order to charge your student ID card, you must top-up at the recharging stations. They’re conveniently distributed across campus at key locations including Tao Li Yuan, Zi Jing Yuan, Guan Chou Yuan, and the Student Service Center.

If you don’t have a student ID card, you can apply for a special, temporary dining card at the Dining Service Center, which is located in the No.15 Building. There, you will be required to present your admission notice (or an equivalent certificate) issued by the International Students Office for processing.
How to recharge your dining card?
After using up all of the money in the dining card, you will similarly have to recharge it at a recharging machine. These cards must be topped-up at the following locations:
1. F1 of Zi Jing Yuan
2. F1 of Tao li Yuan
3. F1 of Guan Chou Yuan
4. Dining Service center
