马云菲律宾刷屏级英文演讲：懂得舍弃，才能实现你的疯狂梦想（附视频&演讲稿）
10月25日，中国电商巨头阿里巴巴集团主要创始人马云莅临菲律宾德拉萨大学（De La Salle University）进行了精彩的演讲，现场气氛热烈，在菲华人也通过网络直播目睹这场精彩的演说。马云在演讲中，以自身经验鼓舞所有年轻人大胆去实现梦想、坚持梦想。他也表露了自己对菲律宾金融市场的看好，并借此向大众宣传了“扫码支付”等便捷的科技手段。
另据中新社报道，德拉萨大学将建校106年以来的首个科技创业（Technopreneurship）名誉博士学位授予阿里巴巴董事局主席马云。校方在介绍授予理由时称，马云是科技创业的坚定倡导者，他将互联网应用和创业结合在一起，帮助了无数年轻人实现梦想。

校方介绍，授予马云该学位，不仅仅因为他是具有世界影响力的商业领袖，更是因为马云为全球中小企业、年轻人和可持续发展所做的贡献及努力。马云担任联合国贸易和发展会议青年创业和小企业特别顾问等社会职务，积极推动了世界可持续和普惠发展。
“我很高兴学到了这个单词：Techentrepreneurs（科技创业家）”。马云非常认同“科技创业”这一新概念，并表示，今后创业就是要用技术去解决问题，“未来我们不再是企业家，而是网络企业家，因为80%的业务将在网上进行。科技将会改变世界，技术和创业的结合将成为21世纪成功的重要因素。”
在与现场数百名学生互动时，马云表示，“1995年我开始接触互联网时，也犯过很多错误。1999年，我成立阿里巴巴的时候，曾告诉团队我们可能不会成功。”
马云鼓励现场学生，我们从未预料到，18年后会得到这么多，所以不要担心梦想是否愚蠢，如果真的相信这是一个很棒的梦想，就要不畏人言，去勇敢尝试。
马云的创业梦想是通过互联网实现的，他建议在场学生在互联网时代要具备持续学习能力，并且快速拥抱变化，“因为最终干掉你的不是你的竞争对手，而是面对未来依然故步自封”。
除了鼓励年轻人追求梦想，马云还提出，要一起为世界的可持续发展和普惠发展努力。
数据显示，大约70％的菲律宾人口没有银行账户，菲律宾99%是小生意，不到3％的菲律宾人使用信用卡付款。菲律宾有7000多个岛屿，相当一部分人口生活在岛屿上。
“我们不可能每个岛上都有银行，但是DT（数据技术）可以让每个岛上的人都通过移动互联网连接。在IT时代，不是每个农民、年轻人都能用电脑，但是现在人人有手机。”马云说，“我们要努力打造一个可以连接世界的市场，建设支付系统、物流等商业基础设施，并让每一个人年轻人都可以去世界看看。”

我昨晚到达菲律宾，我“试”了菲律宾的“速度”到底如何，不太好啊。这有很大的提升空间，这也是一个机会，我非常鼓励菲政府、企业和每个人共同努力去提高网速和网络覆盖面。
如果我们不去增加网络覆盖面，这会变的很糟糕，我们将会和一百年前我们的国家和城市没有电一样差劲。我们必须确保每个人可以连上网，如果你连上网了，你就是移动的。如果你是移动的，你就无处不在。
所以，我认为我们今天虽有问题，但我们总会有方法。年轻人永远不能畏惧未来，那些畏惧未来的年轻人，他们就没有自己的未来。让我们共同行动起来，让我们更充分利用科学技术。我们还可以建立一个网络，可以确保年轻人使用网络畅游世界。这是我们每个人都希望去做的。非常感谢！
对此，对于科技创业者而言，不得不说是一番很有动力的演讲。既讲出了需求，也指引了方向，更为当地人民带去了信心！
但是，科技创新创业却不是所有人都可以成功的。其中艰辛和努力都是需要自己一步一步去揣摩的。而最难的一点就是一开始的定位！创业的想法是很好，但是如果差了一个好的创业点子，一切都是徒劳。
而好的创业点子、想法都是要在我们找准突破口的基础上形成的。突破口就是需求，找到市场存在的需求，就可以做好定位。继而，后续的一系列的发展就有了支撑点。这样一来，创业也就成功了一半！
但是，创业最难的一个点也还是创业点子。现在社会上，打着网络科技的公司多如牛毛，很多人也是借着网络科技的噱头搞创业。但是，实际上与我们想象中的业务有很大的出入。这就需要我们对生活要有足够的细心去发现生活中存在的需求。
挖掘生活中的需求加上互联网科技技术，是当下一个创业风向。就拿我们熟知的共享单车来说，这就一个很好的例子。生活中常见的自行车，加上“共享”的概念和手机APP的互联网科技技术，将一个普通的生活用品变成了一个互联网世界里的新秀。这就是人类思想的厉害之处。
所以，而很多人也将目光聚集在我们生活中很多细小的事物上。比如中石化的加油充值卡、话费充值卡等这些日常生活中我们常用的东西中。但是在这些用品上到底有哪些可以创新之处？那就是回收变现！

If you think you can succeed in 3 years, prepare it for 10 years;If you think you can succeed in 5 years, prepare it for 15 years

Never stop believing in your dreams.

The old economic should not fear, they should change.

First young people have a lot of things to do, it’s okay. at least it have hope, you have to focus on one thing, you have to pick up a things that you really passion about, if you don’t like it, it will never sustain, if you love it, you have passion about it, prioritize it.
第一、年轻人有很多想做的事，这样很棒，这样至少有希望。你要专注于一件事，选一件你爱做的事。不要去选你不喜欢的那件事。比如你父母让你做的事，它不会持续很久。如果你喜欢做，乐于做的那件事，那么你就会优先那件事。比如说在上大学时，早上上课，下午有空就在网上买东西，很方便，也不会耽误时间。
The priority when you study or work, you should learn. You should learn from it.
在学校和工作的时候你必须优先“学习”，你要学会怎么从中“学到”东西。
20-30 yr. old find a good boss, good boss is better than good company, 30-40 do something you want to do for yourself, 40-50 do something you are good at. 50-60 focus on young people, 60 and above spend time with your grandchildren.
20至30岁的时候，我们要找个好的老板，一个好的老板比一个好的公司好。30至40岁的时候，你要去做你想做的事，40至50岁的时候，你要去做你在行的事。50到60岁的时候，你要专注并帮助年青一代的人。60岁以上的时候，你要在花时间陪伴你的孙辈。

机器应该要做人类所无法做的事。
Sustainable growth, every young people should have opportunities. Change and improve the education system.
