穿山甲女孩在港期间与ADM Capital Foundation展开穿山甲鳞片入药的讨论
因穿山甲近年来已经遭受了大量的走私贸易、假冒入药，物种数量急剧下降。绿会全力保护穿山甲、坚持追究责任到底及为之展开的一系列相关工作现受到国外多家NGO、相关组织的高度关注。

日前，穿山甲女孩在港期间与ADM Capital Foundation相关工作人员会见，就大陆穿山甲保护及其鳞片入药的问题做了沟通。穿山甲女孩首先介绍了绿会将2018年定为“穿山甲盘点之年”的来龙去脉、以及正在开展地一系列保护和盘点工作。同时，穿山甲女孩表示，中华药典中所记载入药的穿山甲鳞片，为中华穿山甲鳞片，但近年来，绿会志愿者通过大量的基层调查显示，由于中华穿山甲被大量捕杀，种群数量骤降，以致现在在野外基本已经难觅其踪影，已形成事实上的商业性灭绝。但在这种情形下，仍然可以看到一些林业部门在审批许可大量的穿山甲鳞片去入药的信息，这说明当前入药的穿山甲鳞片已被掉包。
“对穿山甲及其制品的来源和去向，进行彻底盘点和追踪，是绿会2018年穿山甲盘点之年最核心的工作”，穿山甲女孩希望ADM Capital Foundation在香港也可以开展类似穿山甲鳞片的盘点工作。

In 2006, the partners of investment advisor, ADM Capital, established the Foundation (ADMCF) recognising the need for innovative and replicable models of funding for impact. Fundamentally, the challenges we face lead us to the biggest of our time: climate change and it is only by redefining risk for businesses, indeed by taking risk ourselves, by disrupting current models of philanthropy and pushing for business unusual that we will have a chance of tackling this monumental, existential threat
