卢慧文 Maxine Lu
本科毕业于华东师范大学对外汉语系，工商管理硕士，英国桑德兰大学教育研究生。
B.A degree from East Normal University, Postgraduate in Education from University of Sunderland, MBA
2003年加入协和教育集团，分别参与或主持了协和双语学校虹桥校区（2003年）、浦东校区（2008年）和万源校区（2012年）的创建工作，现任集团总校长。协和双语学校是以中西方文化融合为鲜明特色的国际化教育机构，是国际文凭组织(IBO)世界学校和国际权威学校鉴证组织AdvancEd正式成员校，毕业生送往世界各地的知名高等学府。
Maxine Lu Joined Xiehe Education Group in 2003, presiding over foundation of Shanghai United International School’s Hongqiao Campus (2003), Pudong Campus (2008) and Wanyuan Campus (2012).She currently serves as General Principal of Xiehe Education Group. Shanghai United International School is committed to providing high-quality multi-cultural and holistic international education by integrating the best elements of both East and West. It is a member of the World Organization IBO and World Educational Quality Promotion Alliance (AdvancED). Our graduates go to the top universities around the world.
除了教育教学管理工作以外，作为民主党派成员，积极参政议政，现任上海市闵行区政协常委、中国民主促进会上海市市委委员、闵行区副主任委员、上海市民办中小学协会副会长。
Maxine not only devotes her time to teaching management but also actively participating in politics as a member of the Democratic Party. She is a standing committee member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) of the Minhang District, Shanghai Municipal Party Committee member of the China Association for Promoting Democracy, Vice director of the DPP Minhang District and Vice Chairman of Shanghai Association of Private Schools.

China today has entered its best age with more opportunities than it has ever had. How can we encourage our children to have a global vision while retaining Chinese values? Besides school education, it is very important for parents to understand the essence of family education too.
