背景介绍


社交媒体运营专员需协助新闻和创新组在联合国开发计划署驻华代表处的宣传和创新工作,协调开发署各个部门开发、建立并维护数字媒体相关的策划工作,主要职能包括:1) 社交媒体运营策划、2) 优质内容创作、3) 活动策划管理、 4) 监督和评估。


主要职责


  • 提供完整的社交媒体策划方案,以联合国开发计划署驻华代表处的工作重点为根本,确保社交媒体的常规运营和更新;

  • 负责社交媒体平台的日常话题策划、内容编辑、发布、维护、管理等工作;

  • 负责线下推广活动和宣传等方案的策划、创意和撰写;

  • 通过策划和执行社交媒体活动,大幅度提升联合国/联合国开发计划署在国内和国际范围内宣传可持续发展目标(SDGs)的公众影响力;

  • 与联合国开发计划署社交媒体小组协作,确保将项目达到最有益的宣传效果;

  • 有创意性并积极主动地在联合国开发计划署的线上社交平台与公众建立良好的沟通和互动关系,包括但不限于微博、微信、优酷和秒拍等;

  • 协助联合国开发计划署的国际社交媒体运营,例如Twitter和Instagram;

  • 在数字媒体平台发掘有影响力的人物和自媒体博主,与他们建立并维持良好的伙伴关系;

  • 与联合国开发计划署纽约总部的同事进行对接,宣传并推广开发署在全球的工作;

  • 积极运用社交媒体在公众对国内和国际发展问题的舆论进行洞察和分析;

  • 及时总结分析社交媒体数据指标,提供每周工作报告,并对未来的计划进行改善;

  • 了解社交媒体上最热门的话题和线上工具,善于运用前沿技术,并对其他公共组织和私营部门的媒体运营方式有一定了解;

  • 协助展开媒体活动,包括但不限于新闻发布会、媒体采访、线上及线下活动等;

工作内容



社交媒体运营专员需要为新闻部门的社交媒体发展做出贡献,帮助联合国开发计划署驻华代表处管理并推广社交媒体平台。具体工作内容包括但不限于以下内容:

 

  • 有效制定并推广社交媒体传播策略

  • 提高项目组对新媒体传播策略的宣传、认知以及参与,将社交媒体平台推广策略纳入到项目活动的主流当中;

  • 加强与中国意见领袖的合作伙伴关系;

  • 负责收集、分析、评估和报告相关社交媒体平台数据;

  • 为联合国开发署驻华代表处的对外拓展资料提供有效支持。

 

管理制度安排

 

在助理国别主任/传播与创新官员的指导下,社交媒体运营专员由传播与创新小组的传播和创新官员进行直接管理。

 

能力要求


  • 精通互联网领域,具备创新能力;

  • 对社交媒体平台运营有一定经验,具有广泛的广告策划经验和关系网;

  • 国际社会媒体相关专业或具备相关经验者优先;

  • 强大的中英文书面表达能力;

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) has the mandate to foster economic growth in Asia by investing in infrastructure and other productive areas and promoting regional cooperation and partnership.

 

The key responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to provide necessary support to the senior executive(s) or the department/division with complete secretarial and administrative services, including secretarial services, administrative management and coordination, liaison with internal & external contacts, general data analysis and basic research work etc.

 

Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Manage and maintain senior executive(s)’ schedule, and all correspondence and documentation related to the office/department that the assistant is working for;

-Assist the officers in filling out application forms and claiming expenses, etc.; Prepare memos, letters, and other documents, if needed.

-Arrange and coordinate meetings/appointments/conferences; Prepare and arrange all logistics for travels and other related issues

-Liaise with internal staff, receive and interact with incoming visitors

-Monitor and facilitate Board member’s communication.

-Supporting Directors/Alternate Directors on the official travel i.e. Hotel/Air ticket booking and reimbursement issues etc.

-Preparation works on the logistic issues for the Board Meetings/Retreat.

-Maintain Corporate Secretariat’s records and files.

-Administrative support for all the Advisors at time of Board Meetings.

-Process requests for office suppliers by staff.

-Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor(s).

 

Candidate Requirements

-Bachelor degree or above in related fields from a reputable university;

-Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative support experience in the international/financial institution;

-Proficient in verbal/written English and Chinese;

-Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic and organizational skills and multi-task capabilities;

-Self-motivated and detail-oriented; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; service orientation;

-Proven experience with MS Office Applications is a must;

-Skill with web-based collaboration applications preferred.

Position Title: Administrative and Archiving Assistant

Job Description:

2.Provide administrative support to conferences, workshops, retreats; 

3.Liaise with internal staff, receive and interact with incoming visitors; 

4.Act as the Archive Focal Point of the Department. Maintaining the hard copy and e-document filing system in accordance with the filing procedures of the Department 

5.Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

 

Selection Criteria:

Practice Head of Green Finance

  • Position title: Practice Head

  • Reports to:  Chief Program Officer

  • Supervises:  Practice Team

Mission of the position

The Practice Head is responsible for leading the planning and implementation of strategic objectives for a specific Practice area of  WWF China Conservation Program. 

The position holder will provide strategic leadership, represent WWF externally, and manages team members and resources in the Practice. 

As a member of the Program Coordination Committee, he or she will contribute to ensure the coherence and synergy of the Conversation Program as well as to support the mission of WWF China.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic direction – Establish Practice goals and objectives by being an inspirational leader to the Practice members

  • Manage Practice members – Ensure high quality performance of the Practice team members for driving conservation results

  • Thought and content leadership–Provide a comprehensive view and expertise on the Practice area by leveraging the best knowledge and ideas sourced both internally and externally

  • Outreach to expert communities–Engage with the broader scientific community and represent WWF at events to build a formal community of experts and partners

  • Influence key actors – Work to change the behavior and policies of key stakeholders and build strategic partnerships with them

  • Resources Mobilization – Manage resources assigned to the Practice and be responsible for necessary reporting and evaluation. Support international and domestic fund raising initiatives.

  • External relationship building–Foster close relationships with key players within business, governments,international organizations, NGOs, institutions, foundations and communities

  • Internal relationship building–Engage with other Practice Heads, the Leadership Team, the Management Team,functional heads in WWF China, as well as other relevant conservation and operations staffs in the WWF Network.

The responsibilities are carried out by leading the Practice Team in developing the long-term Practice Strategy. The strategy should aim to focus and energize WWF Network and external investments and resources toward WWF China’s Critical Contribution to the attainment of the Global Goal and Outcomes. 

The Practice Head will also lead by example in cultivating a result-driven, externally-focused, collaborative, and accountability working culture. This will include shifting the focus of the organization from multiple individual programmatic silos to an integrated and holistic organizational development approach.

Furthermore, a crucial element of the job is the promotion and emphasis on innovation in order to achievement conservation impact at scale.Finally, the Practice Leader must work towards regular and meaningful collaboration with other Practices, external partners and the broader WWF organization.

Required Qualifications

  1. University degree in Environmental/ Conservation science;

  2. Further qualifications in environmental affairs and/or business management would be an advantage;
