关于向受新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情影响产生经济困难的学生提供特殊困难补助的通知

各位同学：

当前，湖北和全国多地发生新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情。为了帮助因受此次疫情影响而产生经济困难的学生渡过难关，学校设立特殊困难补助，学生可以申领。现将具体工作通知如下：

• 补助对象：在读本科生和研究生（含国际学生）

• 补助范围：因疫情造成个人和家庭经济困难，或者因教学安排调整带来的个人经济困难。

• 补助标准：学生基于实际情况申请，由学校审批，一事一议。

• 申请方式：

• 学生填写电子版《清华大学学生临时困难补助申请表》（点击阅读原文下载），本科生提交至院系学生事务工作助理，研究生提交至院系研工组长，经院系审核后将汇总的申请表分别提交至学生处事务办、研工部事务办。

• 学校依据《清华大学学生困难补助管理办法》审批、发放临时困难补助。

• 疫情期间学生可随时网上申请，申请表签名与院系盖章等环节可在返校后补充完成。

Notice onProviding Temporary Subsidies for Students with Financial Difficulties causedby the Novel Coronavirus Epidemic

Students:

To help students overcome financial difficultiescaused by the coronavirus epidemic, the University will offer a special financialassistance subsidy fund. Basic information is as follows:

1. Eligibility: Currently enrolled undergraduateand graduate students (including international students).

2. Scope: Personal and family financialdifficulties caused by the epidemic, and increased costs caused by adjustmentsto teaching arrangements.

3. Allocation: Determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. Applicationmethod:

• Students should complete the electronic version of the Tsinghua UniversityStudent Special Financial Assistance Application Form (click “阅读原文” to download).Undergraduate students should submit the form to their school/departmentstudent affairs administrator, and postgraduate students should submit it totheir school/department graduate affairs team leader. After review, the school/departmentwill forward the application to the Student Affairs Office and the GraduateAffairs Office.

• The special financial assistance subsidies are issued in accordance withthe "Administrative Measures for Tsinghua University Student FinancialDifficulties".

• The electronic application will be accepted during the time of theepidemic. The signatures and stamps of various schools and departments can beobtained after returning to the University.
