岗位职责：
制定学校发展规划并共同负责落实规划；
管理中方教师队伍，确保教师团队稳定且积极向上；
与外方校长对接与沟通，推动中课程的有机融合和共同发展；
负责学校的日常教学与教研活动，确保和提升课程教学质量；
促进校内不同团队之间的协作(学术、行政、招生、人力、财务等)；
参与学校招生工作。
任职要求：
本科以上学历，教育类相关专业，有海外留学经历者优先；
有双语学校、国际学校、国际元素丰富的知名民办学校或知名公办学校校长工作经验；
熟悉小学义务教育阶段的中方课程，对双语学校的教学有充分的理解；
具有良好的英语读写和口语沟通能力者更佳。

岗位职责：
熟悉基础教育以及国际教育的相关法律法规；
全面规划、统筹项目的前期定位、调研分析、合作谈判、课程设置、学校筹建等工作；
制定战略规划、学校办学理念和育人目标，从学校实际出发，组织制定学校发展规划、年度计划预算并组织实施；
积极推广学校的品牌形象，提升品牌价值，发展学校招生规模且达到预期；
与外方校长一起做好队伍建设，研究、部署、落实学校工作，建设一个团结和谐、高效务实的领导团队；
负责集团企业文化宣导及落地，监督落实各项运营政策及规章制度；
负责学校日常管理，保证学生和教职员工的教学和工作环境的安全运行与维护；确保学校计划与学校系统的法律，财务和组织结构相兼容；
贯彻学校的教育理念、创造校园文化，维持校际系统间的沟通；
指导和管理所有行政职能部门的相关工作。
任职要求：
15年以上教育行业背景，有5年以上国际学校多个校区运营和管理经验，了解国际教育发展趋势，具有国际视野；
热爱教育行业，具有高度的工作热情和责任心，良好的职业道德；
优秀的组织管理能力、创造创新能力、拓展能力以及决策、计划与执行能力；
熟悉英联邦课程体系（A-level），有国际学校管理背景或者海外工作经历；具备国内外大学教育学研究生（或以上）学历的优先考虑；
熟练的中文、英文，熟悉中西文化，良好的演讲口才。

任职要求
Job Requirements：
Hold an administrative degree.
Have a minimum of ten (10) years excellent experience in teaching and/or administration, and working with adolescents in international schools（preferable A-level schools) in China.
Demonstrate ability to provide leadership for Pedagogy / learning and teaching for the A-level authorization process.
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to motivate people.
Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of effective discipline strategies and motivation, curriculum development and program evaluation, child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning.
Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary.
Demonstrate the ability to use electronic equipment for word processing, data management, information retrieval, visual and audio presentations, and telecommunications.
Provide evidence that health is adequate to fulfill the job functions and responsibilities.
