学校简介：该校历史悠久，实力雄厚，位于北京市海淀区核心区，是北京市示范学校也是闻名全国的名校。

 岗位职责：

1，研究各国教育体系和教育制度，熟悉主要国家大学申请程序和要求；对具体学校的专业信息、大学排名、入学要求与申请程序等进行深入学习和了解，掌握与海外留学业务有关的各种知识，尤其是学生主要留学目标国的大学申请知识；

2，以课堂讲解、小型讲座、一对一辅导、小组讨论、家长会等形式，让学生以及家长充分认识主要国家的教育情况以及海外大学的体系，以便学生家长更好的选择留学的国家、大学和专业；

3，建立全校的升学准备计划，筹备相关准备工作，包括学科选择以及相关社会实践活动等等；

4，指导学生和家长使用升学信息管理系统，比如Naviance等等；

5，根据学生各自的特点，定期对学生进行升学指导，指导学生的大学申请各项相关工作；

6，帮助学生和家长申请相关奖学金；

7，负责学生的大学申请工作及文书修改指导工作；

8，帮助学生完成学校推荐信；

9，完成学校安排的其他工作。

 任职要求：

1，本科或以上学历，有本科海外留学经验优先；

2，有丰富的国际学校或培训机构升学指导相关经验；

3，英语熟练，精通电脑，熟悉各种网络沟通方法；

4，具备强烈的服务意识，热爱青少年教育事业，有责任心和社会责任感。

 岗位职责：

1、规划并教授IB（DP）各科目课程; 编写符合IB（DP）理念的教材；

2、根据教学内容、学生实际情况和个人需求，精心设计教学程序，保证良好的教学效果；

3、激发学生的学习兴趣，帮助学生养成良好的学习方法和习惯；

4、与外籍老师共同承担与家长日常沟通的工作；

5、完成上级交办的其他事务。 

 任职要求：

1、对外汉语、教育学、师范类专业毕业，本科以上学历；

2、三年及以上教学经验，有国际学校或IB教育、IB核心课程教育背景者优先；

3、有中国教师资格证者优先；

4、流利的英语应用能力；

5、有责任心、耐心，有主动性。

 Job Description： 

With Students:

1. Deliver a teaching load as given by the Principal (or a pro-rata total to take into account positions of responsibility)；

2. Maintain clear records of achievement；

3. Maintain effective discipline in the classroom and ensure the safety and security of the students in the class；

4. Ensure that the appropriate curriculum is delivered as laid down by current Departmental and/or IB documentation；

5. Ensure that appropriate evaluation strategies are used for each class (in conjunction with current Departmental and/or IB documentation).

With Parents:

1. Provide detailed semester reports on all students；

2. Keep regular contact with parents to inform them of developments and progress. 

 Qualifications： 

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. Qualified teacher certificate;

3. Minimum 2 years work experience in the field of teaching;

4. Excellent verbal and written skills in English.

The successful candidate should have:

1. Experience teaching IB-DP is preferred；

2. Experience teaching in Middle School with an international school environment is an advantage；

3. The ability to communicate in English is important.

1. Plan, teach and review subject curriculum;

 Job Description：

1. Teach a maximum of 26 classes/week and each class is 45 minutes, the regular class size is capped at 24 students.

4. Ensure all students are able to thrive and engage in class, and give timely feedback and following up with them after class;
